Sie werden weit genug von den Menschenmassen entfernt sein, um absolute Ruhe zu genießen, aber wenn Sie Lust auf etwas Spaß haben, ist das Zentrum von Seminyak nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt. Dieses atemberaubende Feriendomizil mit 5 Schlafzimmern ist perfekt für Familien oder Gruppen von Freunden, die eine ruhige und luxuriöse Villa in Strandnähe und nicht zu weit von Balis wichtigsten Touristenzielen entfernt suchen.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass in der Nähe der Villa Yenian noch bis Mitte 2024 gebaut wird und es daher zu Lärmbelästigungen während Ihres Aufenthalts kommen kann. Daher haben wir den Preis entsprechend gesenkt.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich im Garten und verfügt über eine private Veranda, auf der Sie bei einer Tasse Kaffee mit Blick auf den Garten langsam aufwachen können. Im Inneren befindet sich ein Himmelbett mit Kingsize-Bett, von dem aus Sie fernsehen können, ein Kleiderschrank mit Sicherheitsfach und ein eigenes Bad mit luxuriöser Badewanne. Dieses Zimmer ist auch ideal für Familien mit Kindern, da es eine Doppeltür gibt, die zum Zimmer neben der Master-Suite führt.
Alle 3 Gästeschlafzimmer haben eine Veranda mit Tisch und Stühlen mit Blick auf den Garten. Die beiden Zimmer im Hauptpavillon sind identisch gestaltet und verfügen über ein Himmelbett mit 4 Himmeln, TV und DVD-Player, Kleiderschränke, Haartrockner und Sicherheitsvorkehrungen sowie ein eigenes Bad mit Regendusche. Das letzte Schlafzimmer grenzt an die Master-Suite an und ist mit 2 Einzelbetten ausgestattet, in denen die Kinder schlafen können.

Die Villa Yenian verfügt über einen großen, sonnigen Garten, in dem sich nicht nur ein 10 x 4 Meter großer Swimmingpool befindet, sondern auch ein Jacuzzi mit Luftdüsen für die ultimative Entspannung. Nachdem Sie sich unter der Regendusche erfrischt haben, kann das Gartenfest beginnen, denn der Grill ist beheizt, während die Kinder auf dem grünen, gepflegten Rasen, der von tropischen Blütenpflanzen gesäumt ist, frei herumlaufen können. Oben auf der geräumigen Terrasse können Sie den herrlichen Sonnenuntergang auf Bali beobachten, während Sie an Ihren Sonnenuntergangsdrinks nippen.
Der moderne, geräumige Wohnbereich ist so gebaut, dass Sie ihn zum Garten hin öffnen können, um sich im Freien aufzuhalten, aber Sie können auch die Glasschiebetüren schließen und die klimatisierte Temperatur genießen. Oben auf der Terrasse befindet sich ein Loungebereich mit herrlichem Blick über die Reisfelder und unten gibt es einen weiteren gemütlichen Sitzbereich, wo Sie auf den dicken Rattansofas entspannen und gemeinsam einen Film auf dem großen Flachbildfernseher mit DVD-Player ansehen können. Der Essbereich hat ein einzigartiges, flexibles Konzept mit Tischen für 2 Personen, die nach Belieben platziert werden können, um romantische, gemütliche Essplätze zu schaffen oder einen großen Esstisch für 14 Personen. Die große, offene Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur wünschen kann, einschließlich Eismaschine, Backofen, modernem Kühlschrank und einer gewerblichen Spülmaschine.
Das freundliche Personal empfängt Sie mit herzlicher balinesischer Gastfreundschaft und kümmert sich während Ihres Aufenthalts mit persönlichem Service, Haushaltsführung, Gartenpflege, Wäscheservice und nächtlichem Sicherheitsdienst um Sie. Die Mitarbeiter stammen alle aus demselben nahe gelegenen Dorf und sind seit langem mit den Eigentümern befreundet, die in der Villa neben Yenian wohnen. Die Villa Yenian ist umgeben von authentischen balinesischen Reisfeldern und unberührter tropischer Schönheit etwas außerhalb von Canggu, während das hippe und lebendige Zentrum von Seminyak nur 20 Autominuten entfernt ist, wenn Sie in Boutiquen einkaufen, in gehobenen Restaurants speisen oder das pulsierende Nachtleben erkunden möchten. Der Strand ist nur 1,5 km entfernt, und der berühmte Tanah-Lot-Tempel ist ebenfalls nur 10 Autominuten entfernt. Ein lokaler Lebensmittelladen befindet sich um die Ecke Ihrer abgeschiedenen Gasse.
10/10I stayed here with 3 mates and we had an incredible time. The villa is so spacious and the villa staff are so kind and generous. Bedrooms have great air conditioning and the backyard is so spacious! The Villa staff allowed us to leave our luggage at the Villa until our flight at 11:30pm. They also let us shower before leaving for our flight which we thought was overly generous! Thank you to everyone again!

10/10Villa Yenian was truly amazing. My friends and I had the best time. The rooms were spacious and super clean. We also really enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi. Down the road from the villa there's a restaurant called Nori and the pizza was so good! And La Pan Nam Spa is also closely which was lovely for massages and so cheap. I would highly recommend this villa and hope to come back someday.

So much space grass area for the kids and the pool and jacuzzi were amazing! Felt like we didn't have to leave our villa to enjoy the trip. We would definitely stay here again with future trips. The staff and service were fantastic. Highly recommend.

9.6/10We experienced a 5 hour delay but staff were there waiting to pick us up - amazing. House is a real retreat with staff not too imposing but very helpful. When we couldn't get taxi the Manager did two trips to get us to Restaurant. Owner even baked bread for our little one with allergies! Definitely recommend.
9/10Very nice villa, the same as on the picture. The garden was very relaxing, the kids enjoyed the thick lawn and the easy access pool and jaccuzzi. Very few mosquitos at night. The staff was very helpful and managed to cook us all meals we asked them to discover the specialties from Bali. Thanks also to Ian for the warm greating and friendly advices on the neighbourhood. No bathtube in the bathrooms but the glass walled shower was great. We finished our stay with excellent fish BBQ dinner. You would need a vehicule to go around, we asked the chauffeur of the villa to drive us around.
10/10We have enjoyed our four night stay very much. The villa was clean, well equipped, and the service and cooking very good. The staff and management was very nice and helpful. We used all the bedrooms, as we were ten people, including the ones in the cottage in the garden. The lounge area on the second floor was nice for evenings, and this area was also used during the day for those who wanted to read or work. The large dining table was perfect for our group. We went for walks in the rice fields that surrounded the property, and some of us walked to the beach. The villa provided us with a useful map of the area on the back of its business card, and the manager was also very helpful with booking transportation. The garden was beautiful, and we loved to sit there in the morning and watch and listen to the birds. If we would wish anything to be different, the pool water was a bit too warm. It would probably be a good idea to provide some shade so the pool does get so much heat from the sun during the day.
10/10Ian & Yeni and their excellent staff as directed by Nyoman did an excellent job in meeting all of my family's (mom, dad, 5 month & 6yo) needs. We had the opportunity for an extended (5 week) stay and we were so pleased to have landed on their gracious doorstep. From coordinating a rental car & a rental motorcycle to guiding us to the best roads to get to all the best beaches and onward to the best local hangouts and restaurants they were all, always, there for us. At no time did we have a request that went unfulfilled and always with great cheer. We had such a great time that our extended family came and stayed at the villa with us for a portion of our stay. Also, we extended our stay by an additional week so that a dear family friend could travel down from Hong Kong with her 2 children to spend time with us. They stayed in the cottages set apart from the main villa and it was great to have them so close at hand. We could not have imagined recommending that our friend stay with us without the hospitality that the team at Villa Yenian extended to us. Additionally, the housekeeping was impeccable and the daily breakfasts were exactly as ordered. We will no doubt return.
