10/10This was such an amazing place to stay close to everything. EGA was so responsive and took care of us. Maid service came daily and they were so sweet. I cannot say enough about Balis hospitality. It’s second to none. 10/10 would highly recommend.
10/10This place is good value for money, spent my birthday here. 10 of us total, so much room and great location. So clean! The two house ladies will shop for you and cook meals. Massages to the room! Can't fault it! Would recommend !
10/10Such a great Villa! We are an extended family of 9 and we all had a great time. The communal social area is great. Beds comfy and the staff (Hayu and Daisy) are amazing! Nothing was too much trouble. Ega the villa manager answered any queries instantly. A 5 star service!
10/10A beautiful villa that lives up to expectations. Very accomodating with early check in and bag drop and late checkout with holding bags. Was welcomed with very friendly staff and host who always kept the villa clean and cooked amazing breakfasts. Response time for any queries was excellent. We overall enjoyed our stay and would be back again.
10/10Wonderful villa with amazing staff. Surrounded by lush gardens and located in a quiet street it feels remote, however there is lots within walking distance or a short drive. Very comfortable property with fabulous staff who will assist with any and all queries.
10/10Had a great 4 nights there. Villa was stunning and all staff so friendly . We had breakfast cooked in house a few times which was great to wake up too. Also nothing was a problem , we wanted beers and they went and got them for us. Rooms were well air conned and clean , so was the bathrooms
10/10We had an incredible time at Villa Kelanah. We got married at another venue & had our wedding reception dinner at the Villa. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time during our stay. They were so helpful, fun & felt like family. The food was so yummy for breakfast & we had the chefs come cook dinner for us on our special night. Everything was outstanding & the Villa was even better than the photos. We were sad to leave. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much 😌
10/10The villa was marvellous! It was very clean and it smelt fresh! Clean sheets and rooms. The 2 x lovely ladies were very nice and cooked us delicious breakfast. Very friendly staff and Rega was a very kind man. Flexible with check-in and check out time. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you team for having us and being so accomodating
10/10Had a wonderful stay at villa Kelanah with my six girl friends for my 40th. We took full advantage of the comprehensive services menu, including daily spa services at the villa, cooked breakfast in the mornings and transport to the unesco rice terraces. Liwa was responsive whenever we had questions. Would happily recommend the villa to others!!
10/10Love love love!!! Our rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. The two ladies that were there on a dial basis were the sweetest, when we needed anything, they were able to assist and were very responsive via sms. The way the villa was designed was very well thought out. Would highly recommend this villa 😍

10/10The photos honestly don’t do it justice. Such a beautiful villa, so spacious and perfect for large groups. So much to do with amazing outdoor areas for relaxing and looking over the beautiful rice fields. The slide and the cinema room were really popular features to have as well. The staff were so friendly and helpful if you need to get groceries or organize anything. Highly recommend!
