Villa Nyoman is a luxurious 5 bedroom villa in a quiet lane right at the heart of Seminyak known as Bali's fashion capital and it's also very close to the beach. Perfect for families, couples or groups of friends wanting the best of both worlds.
Next to the open air living room is the first bedroom elegantly furnished with a king size bed, crisp white linen and mosquito netting. Behind the bed, you’ll find a custom-made walk-in wardrobe, with complimentary robes and safety deposit box. The en-suite bathroom is semi open air with a rain shower and rice field views.
The two other bedrooms are located in a standalone structure opposite the main living pavilion facing the swimming pool. Both rooms feature king-size canopy beds with mosquito nets with traditional ikat bed runners, night stands and designer lamps, writing desk and chairs. The en-suite bathrooms are semi-open air, with double sink basins, dark stone floor, plants, large mirrors and rainfall showers.

The garden of Villa Nyoman is a peaceful oasis where guests can spend days swimming or lounging on the sunbeds placed right in front of the bedrooms.
The living area of Villa Nyoman is designed in an open plan concept and looks out to the swimming pool and garden. The indoor/outdoor living room has two generous rattan sofas for lounging, reading and watching TV, as well as an impressive single slab wooden dining table for 8 people for feasting on meals poolside. A fully equipped kitchen is also present for guests to use, complete with a refrigerator, coffee maker and wine chiller.
The friendly staff of Villa Nyoman will take care of you during your stay. Should guests have any special requests for a massage at the villa, staff will go the extra mile to make these wishes come true.

Villa Nyoman has a great location and is the perfect base for exploring Seminyak and the rest of Bali. Designer boutiques and beaches are just a 10 minute drive away. And world famous restaurants Metis and Sardine are just a 5 minute walk away.
10/10The Villa is absolutely beautiful. It has everything you could possibly need and the staff are wonderful. The location is great, lots of amazing restaurants within walking distance and an excellent coffee shop and bakery right next door. It is so peaceful and relaxing here and the Villa team are there to help with anything you need. I would definitely recommend this Villa to friends and family.
9.4/10Stayed for 2 nights with my colleagues and their families and we rented out the whole villa compound. Our experience at Abaca Villas was nothing short of amazing! We organised a Balinese dinner on the 1st night with the villa and we had the suckling pig. The dinner was set up beautifully and the staff even prepared a flower arrangement and wrote my company's name. Villa Nyoman was special as it has two pools and a swing to take good pictures. Overall, I was very impressed with the good service and beautiful villas. Would definitely come back!
10/10We took all 3 villas - Nyoman, Kadek, and Iluh as part of the whole Abaca Villa. Used this as our main villa for the company retreat and events. The place was spotless, fantastic support and service from the in house staff team, great meals prepared by the chefs. Awesome overall, would give 10 stars if I could.
