The whole experience was fantastic! The rooms are clean,the breakfast is as amazing! The concierge team helped us a lot as well! My wife and me were suffering from Bali belly, the villa manager Agung helped us to buy some medicine. Thank you very much for taking care of us!

My partner and I had an incredible stay at this villa. It’s truly breathtaking, with a charming tropical island vibe that we immediately adored. The property was spotless, the rooms spacious, and the service and amenities exceeded our expectations. The pool and cabana were the highlight of our days— we spent hours lounging by the water, enjoying cocktails, and soaking up the beautiful surroundings. The location is ideal, just a short walk to cafes, restaurants, and Seminyak Beach. The villa’s entrance is tucked down a quiet lane, which means there’s no traffic noise. From booking to departure, everything went smoothly and without a hitch. A special thanks to Ibu Agung (our villa host), who was incredibly welcoming and easy to talk to. Her warm greeting and friendly chats made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be returning!

Villa Makasih is a lovely 2 bedroom villa. Perfect for a relaxing stay. Close by to everything we needed - shops, restaurants, bars and beaches. We enjoyed our stay very much. The villa staff were lovely and very helpful. Villa Finder provided us with great tips and services. We thoroughly enjoyed our private chef experiences too. Would definitely recommend!

What a stunning escape! As a travel agent I come to Bali every year and have inspected many Villas in several areas across the Island. My favourite area to stay is in Seminyak - it has everything you need + more! Villa Makasih is located in a quiet neighborhood/gang - walkign distance to Bintang Supermarket, laundry services, Basangkasa Street and Camplung Tanduk - plenty of great shops, bars, cafes, restaurants around and not too far from the beach to walk or scooter. Access to the Villa is down a narrow laneway so vehicle drop off or pick up can be tricky with lots of luggage but the staff were great at helping with that and anything you needed at the Villa! Very friendly staff and accommodating too.

The villa was neat and tidy. We could swim in the pool and the waters were very warm. There were plenty of space for me and my brother to run and play catch. The flower flat fell from the trees landed in the pool. The surrounding at the villa was very nice, too! I hope I get to come back to Bali.

I booked this villa as a stopover point for our trip back to Australia from Europe. Therefore, the price was set by the UK office, which was more expensive than if I had booked from Australia. Consequently, the value for money score is reduced. Nevertheless, nice villa in a good location and great service from the villa management team.

Agung was absolutely amazing! The whole villa was incredible. Our first holiday with our 20th month old and it was perfect. She learned to swim (kind of ;) ) this pool and built forever memories.

We enjoyed our four day holiday, staying at Villa Makasih. It’s a short walk to heaps of cafes and restaurants or shops. The famous Frankensteins laboratory restaurant is just a short walk away or delicious food at the Craved restaurant and many more. It’s not far from the beach but don’t follow your maps and take all the side alley way, as you get lost, head to the Main Street and follow to the beach. The service by Villa Finder and the concierge team was amazing. Look forward to visiting again soon.

Villa Makasih was an excellent option for our family. It’s so central to everything, 10min walk to the beach, shops and cafes all around. The bedrooms were huge (our 6 & 4 year old shared a bed with no issues). A highlight was how quiet the area was - obviously seminyak can be pretty busy but the villa was literally silent most of the time. Agung is a legend, took care of everything, nothing was too hard. Get a pool fence if your kids cannot swim, the pool is a focal point for the Villa.

La villa est très pratique. Bien localisée. Très proche des restaurants et de la plage. Néanmoins, les bars sont assez proches et on entends un peu le fond musical la nuit. Les 2 chambres sont parfaites, très bien meublées avec chacune un très grand dressing. En revanche, le mobilier ne correspond pas tout à fait à l’annonce.

Villa Makasih is a very cozy and comfortable villa for a family. There was plenty of room to play and relax. Bu Agung also accommodated all our requests and made our stay a memorable one. The only downside is that the villa isn't easily accessible by car. However, there are many restaurants and shops just outside Gang Bima. Location in Seminyak itself is great. We will definitely come back!

Private and quiet location although access down the final lane was by bike or foot only. Staff were discreet and efficient. Service was fantastic. Villa could do with some maintenance particularly around the pool deck. Access to shops and restaurants was great.

Villa Makasih is welll located on gang bima in Seminyak - we enjoyed our stay here greatly due to the lovely Agung who babysat and arranged anything we needed during our stay. She cooked a delicious breakfast every day too - any issues such as cracked tiles in the pool were dealt with quickly. Just note that gang bima is very narrow and only accessible by motorbike not car but it’s only a short distance to walk to the pick up/ drop off point!

Awesome stay! Agung and the other staff were very accommodating and helpful. The house is well maintained and clean. Agung, thank you for all your help, from giving directions for grab drivers regardless of the time. Also, thank you for doing some grocery shopping for us. Highly recommend to have a chef in Villa (Chef Nyoman) and massage (Lily Spa, look for Putu)! Will definitely be back and will recommend to my friends.

This villa was amazing!! The facilities were great, water tank for us to use, coffee machine ect for us. The staff were even more amazing, so welcoming and helpful. There was a beautiful little cafe down the strip called Bloom and the villa was close to markets and cafes! We will be staying again! Best accommodation in Bali

This villa is tranquil and stunning. Try the chef out early as he is phenomenal. The staff were gorgeous and the facilities are all class. I have been to Bali three times and would now only come back to this villa. The driver is great too you get him for 8 hours a day included. Finns beach club is close by and passes are included with the villa (x4). Ultimate holiday which we can’t wait to repeat soon. 1 week was not long enough.
