Villa Tulou

9.6/10

This place was amazing and so was the staff. seriously well worth the money. facilities were awesome, all the staff were super helpful and flexible for us. we held a two day wedding at the villa with a small group and they assisted with anything I needed. only feedback would be to maybe do a buffet breakfast instead of orders as an option since it was hard to co ordinate everyone's order as the primary. Also for the breakfast we had to ask for bigger portions sizes because it was pretty small but they increased the size for us. The massages are outsourced but they may need to change their vendor as some of the massages were not that great , and one of my girls got charged a different price to what was advertised and they didnt bring change even though they knew we were paying cash. Finally I recommend the villa not associate with bali for two as wedding planners, they were on the trusted list when I booked and I did not have a good experience with them planning and co ordinating my wedding. Shout out to aziz and Julian!!! thank you both for an amazing stay and to your team. I really appreciate all your hard work and flexibility to make our wedding special. we loved the little surprise your team did for us on the wedding night. cant wait to come back !

It has been a quite experience to have a quality of place that can serve so many good views in every area. Although, the services management need to be improved, I believe the Tulou could be one of the best villa in Bali that will never be forget by its user.
