Our stay was wonderfully well in this beautiful villa. The neighbourhood is very lively and well located with many good places for lunch and dinner. The only point to improve would be the noise and the pool pump.

A beautiful villa right in the heart of Ubud, but set back far enough from the street to be perfectly peaceful. The villa is actually larger in person than it appears in the photos. The only downside is that the pool doesn't get enough sun during the day to keep the water very warm, but that's okay.

The villa is beautiful, really clean and spacious, perfect for a family or for two couples of friends. It is a bit difficult to find because it’s behind the main street and the way is narrow for biggest cars, but it’s a quiet place 5 minutes away from the centre of Ubud

We had a wonderful stay and the house was beautiful. We loved the sunk-in lounge and the beds were very comfy. The location was great because it was near everything and the staff were very nice :)

We chose Villa Serenya for its convenient location and family-friendly features, as we were traveling with our two kids. The villa was perfect for our family trip and a much-needed relaxing holiday. The pool, TV, and single beds in the second bedroom were ideal for the kids, and we loved everything about this villa. The private pool and deep bathtubs were standout features, offering both fun and relaxation. The beds were incredibly comfortable and impeccably clean, ensuring we all had a restful stay. Special mention to our butler, Ketut, who was so helpful and attentive. The concierge service was excellent - when we had an issue with the power tripping, they promptly sent someone to fix it and even treated us to an hour of free massages delivered right to our villa! The villa’s location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants just a short distance away. We absolutely loved our time here and will definitely be coming back! Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
