9.6/10The staff definitely made our stay special. Made and Erni were amazing and made our stay extra memorable. The pool was sensational and the perfect temperature and great size. Rooms were spacious and had everything we required. Adi was 5* for service and nothing was too much trouble. Ngurah was approachable and prompt in replying to us when our power went out and had someone here within minutes to fix it. Our stay (7 people) was thoroughly enjoyable!
