The cultural experience at Teratai villas left us with many stories and great memories. The hotel facilities and room services are exceptional. We booked 2 villas . What a gem of a hotel! From the efficient check-in/check-out process, each moment was delightful thanks to Cindy and Risma and other staff members. Also, the hotel has a very secure and safe environment.It is situated in a good area with markets and restaurants close by in Canggu. The rooms were clean and has housekeeping as-well as a turn down service everyday and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Canggu. The breakfast was so delicious and it was amazing having to spend afternoon tea with my family . They provide transport to other areas aswell as great spa options . The ladies were so accommodating and really ensured we had a remarkable stay. Everyone was always so happy . I wish I could rate this accommodation and staff a 100/10 .Definitely recommend!!!oh my goodness , we loved this place .

Really nice location, really clean, the staff are really nice and the villa is so beautiful. Using gojek in this area is really easy. You can call for food or a lift pretty quick. You are at 10 minutes walk from the main street. We recommend a lot

Amazing service from checking in all the way till we check out, all the staff was very attentive to all our needs and given us full 101% attention care & concern Location was quite near to the main areas such as old man, Deus, the lawn and etc

We loved the care and attention by all the staff at Teratai Villas Canguu, our room was always clean and fresh, they were always respectful and nothing was too much trouble. The food was amazing, the laundry service excellent and we had the most delightful candle lit dinner with floating candles on the pool. We wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely stay again.
