8.8/10The staff were lovely and really great to deal with. The open family area was just great for our family group. We enjoyed not being right in the centre of Canggu and therefore away from the noise and traffic, yet it was easy and close enough to walk to when we wanted to go to the shops and restaurants.
9.4/10The rooms were clean and comfortable. Not mention spacious. It could fit one extra bed for my helper and a baby cot. The pool was very inviting and we spent a lot of time there. The hall (omg) huge. And it was there that we had lovely memories of. Spending time at the beautiful big dining table was very warming to the hearts. Last but not least the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Greetings were made every time they past us. Cleaning the villa as and when they see a mess. The only peeve I had were the mosquitoes but get ready mosquitoes patches and coils if you can.
10/10Staff more than exceeded our expectations and made our experience very accommodating and relaxing. Nothing was too hard and they were always happy to help. Very lovely and friendly and thank you for the Indonesian lessons and delicious food.
10/10Apriadi ensured every details was to our satisfaction. Nyoman provided excellent service. Wayan attended to all of our requests in a very helpful and capable manner. I will recommend this villa to my australian friends.
