La Villa Ruandra est une charmante résidence de vacances de deux chambres située au cœur du quartier chic et branché de Petitenget. La villa est située à seulement cinq minutes de route du centre de Seminyak et encore plus près des restaurants haut de gamme, spas bien aménagés et clubs de plage mondialement connus. Avec une salle de séjour ouverte tropicale, un beau jardin et une piscine privés, deux chambres reposantes et un bon rapport qualité-prix, la villa Ruandra est idyllique pour deux couples ou familles désirant être proches l'action du sud de Bali. La suite parentale est située au rez-de-chaussée et offre un accès facile à la piscine et une salle de séjour en plein air. Cette suite parentale comprend un lit king-size au centre de la pièce, deux tables et des lampes de chaque côté et un bureau contre le mur. Les chambres disposent également de la climatisation, d'une télévision par satellite à écran plat et d'un lecteur DVD pour vos loisirs. Pour entrer dans la salle de bain, vous passerez par un spacieux dressing doté de grands placards et d'un coffre-fort pour ranger vos effets personnels. La zone de baignade est située dans un cadre intérieur / extérieur avec une grande baignoire en céramique, une douche et un lavabo.
La deuxième chambre est située à l'étage et offre à ses clients de superbes vues sur la piscine et le paysage environnant. Cette chambre dispose également d'un lit king-size, d'un bureau avec miroir de maquillage et d'une télévision à écran plat directement devant le lit. La salle de bains privative comprend une douche et un comptoir de lavage.

Les clients entreront dans le jardin clos de la villa Ruandra. La piscine attrayante et brillante est entourée d'une terrasse en bois avec deux chaises inclinables en peluche et de frangipaniers envahis par la végétation, qui ajoutent un agréable parfum de fleurs au jardin. Il existe également un barbecue sur place pour les clients souhaitant organiser un petit dîner ou demander à leur personnel de préparer un festin gastronomique.
La salle de séjour de la villa Ruandra est nichée dans un pavillon traditionnel ouvert, conférant une merveilleuse sensation tropicale à l'espace et facilitant la surveillance des enfants jouant dans la piscine pendant que les parents s'amusent des collations et des boissons à l'intérieur. La salle de séjour dispose d'une salle de séjour et d'une salle à manger confortables ainsi que d'installations de divertissement modernes, notamment d'une grande télévision par satellite à écran plat, d'un lecteur DVD, d'une station d'accueil pour iPod et de haut-parleurs. La cuisine sur le côté est compacte mais bien équipée avec des tabourets bas, une cafetière, un four à micro-ondes et une cuisinière. Les clients seront ravis de trouver au premier étage une terrasse sur le toit où les repas en plein air pourront être dégustés tout en regardant le soleil se coucher à l'ouest, avant que la lune et les étoiles ne se détachent.
Les hôtes seront accueillis chaleureusement avec des boissons froides tropicales et de belles serviettes fraîches par le personnel amical balinais. Il y a un ménage quotidien, un jardinier et un préposé à la piscine.

Great to be close to restaurants, very easy to get taxis and 24 hours circle K was life saver for ice + mixers. Made was very helpful + friendly, making the stay easy. We felt very looked after. 10/10The Villa is in a good location in Seminyak with nice bars, restaurants and amenities within walking distance. The villa itself is spacious and bright and the room and toilet is simple yet elegant. The staff and concierge are very helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this for 2-4 pax ( as they have two rooms). Will definitely consider this as and when I visit Bali again and chose to stay in seminyak.
9.2/10I booked this villa for 4 nights to celebrate my sister and her husbands Birthday, and i must say we really enjoyed our stay, what made it more special was the villa Manager/owner sent a flower bouquet for them on their Birthday morning. The person Gung was very helpful and he made us feel so welcomed, We needed some things and he was more than willing to get it for us from the local shops. to me this is beyond the usual service. Thanks to Gung we will definitely return to this Villa. Thank you.

10/10Villa Ruandra is the perfect place for you and your family to stay if you’re visiting Bali. Once I landed in Bali, the driver had sent me a text saying he will be waiting for my friend and me with a sign that had my name. Once we received our luggage we proceeded to exit the terminal and was greeted by the driver. When we arrived, the house manager, Madae greeted us outside. He immediately helped us with our luggage. We were greeted by a chef and a server for dinner. Madae immediately gave us a tour of the magnificent villa. The pictures that you see on the website is exactly what the home looks like. The pool is steps away from the bedroom. My friend and I ate the delicious meal that was prepared for us and retired to our prospective rooms. The next morning Madae had breakfast for us and we ate on the rooftop to enjoy the breathtaking view. We went to the nearby beach and enjoyed the waves while having a cocktail. The Villa is located within walking distance to many of the restaurants and shops. We went to Shooters which took us two minutes to walk there. It’s a restaurant with a variety of activities. We ate our dinner, played ping pong, miniature golf, and we threw axes. We had so much fun! Another great restaurant to eat is called The Forge Pub, which is next door to Shooters and it’s open 24/7! Madae comes everyday to clean up and to make sure we are fine. He also helped us to arrange our transportation with a private driver. Our driver who is also named Madae has been punctual and courteous each day. We did so many excursions and we are having an amazing time in Bali. We have shared pictures of the Villa and of our excursions with our family and friends and now they are interested in visiting Bali! When you do come you must do the following: ATV riding, jungle swing, Bali Instagram Tour, Tanahlot Lot Temple, and many more. We absolutely loved the massages from Piramid Spa, and the Sunset Dinner at Jimbaran was magnificent! We have had zero problems since we landed. If I were to recommend a place to stay where you and your family can enjoy, have a good time, and feel safe. Without hesitation, it will be Villa Ruandra.

9.6/10Our stay at Villa Ruandra was for 2 weeks with our family of 4. The location is fantastic, so close to great restaurants (Ling Lings A+), spa (Felicia spa A+) & a trustworthy official money changer across the road. Although being close to a bustling street, its location up a side street means you’re surrounded by other villas & is extremely quiet - both during the day & through the night. Our housekeeper Made is awesome. He works very hard & we found him friendly & helpful. The villa itself is exactly as pictured & we were pleased. Two best things are the air conditioning in the bedrooms & the pool. The heat in Bali is not what we’re used to & the pool was well used & instantly refreshing. We slept well under air conditioning which cooled the rooms significantly. All in all, would recommend & we will come again

10/10We loved staying at Villa Ruandra. Our service man Gunk was great always helped us when we needed help and made sure the villa was always clean. The location was great close to supermarket, convenience stores and restaurants. We would 100% stay there again.

8.6/10The Villa is in a very convenient location. There are plenty of restaurants and bars around and also a small convenient store 5 min walking distance. The bedrooms and bathrooms are beautiful, especially the master bathroom. The outdoor area is also beautiful decorated with wooden sculptures, flowers and trees. However, the pool needs maintenance (loose tiles on the floor) and the wooden deck outside would also need some fixing. In the kitchen only 1 out of the 3 burners worked and the fridge had issues withe the child lock. Concierge was very helpful and the service provided was exceptional. The airport pickup and drop off was great. All in all I would recommend the villa.

Good value for money, staff excellent, transfers to airport all run very smoothly. We didn’t arrive until 1.00am and were met by driver at the airport and villa manager Made at the villa. Made was great the whole stay.

8.6/10It is my second stay at Villa Ruandra which is ideally located- especially for someone who does not ride a scooter. This was a work trip so after a long day it was relaxing to walk up or down the road to the many restaurants- Sardines, Barbaccoa, La Baracca, etc or just go chill at Potatohead and smell the sea breeze. Thank you Madé for his graceful welcome and kindness.
8.8/10We loved Villa Ruandra. Our wonderful manager Made responded to everything we asked and made our stay amazing. There are excellent restaurants nearby and the beach a good morning walk. We recommend Revolver 5 minutes away for morning coffee. The pool needed a clean on the sides and Made organised that straight away. The owner was also very generous for letting us stay the following day as there were no booking coming in.Thanks and we will be telling our friends and returning ourselves!
10/10A had a fantastic time in Villa Ruandra. Some days I didn’t want to leave the confines of the villa as everything for my holiday was provided by the villa. I had aircon in the bedroom, a nice big swimming pool which I swam in at least 3 or 4 times a day. Excellent Internet kept me in touch with the outside world. The large drinking water dispenser was well used. I loved the big bathroom with skylight. The flowering frangipani trees gave off a beautiful scent when poolside or in the living room. Made made my stay very comfortable. He assisted with my laundry & phone credit. The breakfast was more than sufficient so Made happily made me a fruit platter every morning instead. If I return to Bali. This is where I’ll return to. Chandi restaurant & Amo Spa my regular visits.
9.4/10Villa Ruandra is quiet and very well located with 2 big rooms with climatisation (but not in bathroom)! The swimming pool is well expose for the sun. Made is discreet but always efficient ! A lot of famous restaurant not so far : Sarong, Métis, Sardine, Barbacoa and Lantern.

Enjoyed being able to readily access Seminyak village and square, but also being able to walk to two quality restaurants in vicinity - Sardines and Merah Putih.
10/10Great location….far enough from the main road traffic but nice and quiet. Not far from bars and restaurants, some 5 minutes walk, some 20 minutes walk and lots in between – perfect. Spacious room and bathroom, everything provided. A wonderful houseboy (Made) who looked after us very well and we left feeling rested and relaxed.
10/10Ma sœur et moi avons séjourné à la Villa Ruandra la semaine dernière et nous avons absolument adoré !! Et notre chauffeur (Lam ?) a été si adorable et serviable que nous n'en aurions changé pour rien au monde. Il y a un restaurant dans la rue appelé Mozarella Bar où nous avons dîné à 3 reprises sur nos 5 nuits là-bas parce que la nourriture et le service étaient vraiment bien ! Nous recommandons la Villa Ruandra et nous allons certainement revenir.

Villa très spacieuse de 2 chambres, superbe chambre principale avec des portes françaises donnant sur la piscine et un style balinais magnifique pour la salle de bain privée. La zone de terrasse en hauteur, avec la table et les chaises, est un endroit fantastique pour une Bintang au soleil. Excellent emplacement, à proximité de la place de Seminyak, des bars de plages Potato Head & W, de l'incroyable restaurant Merih Putih un bloc plus loin pour une expérience culinaire exceptionnelle. Le supermarché à la fin de l’allée était aussi un véritable bonus. Mada a maintenu la maison impeccable tout au long de notre séjour et a occupé une place particulière pendant nos vacances - Merci Mada ! Il nous a également recommandé un chauffeur fantastique Dewa que nous avons pris à plusieurs reprises tout au long de notre séjour et qui nous a recommandé des destinations fantastiques à visiter - Dewa a été de loin le meilleur chauffeur que nous ayons eu à bali et nous le prendrions à nouveau sans hésiter. Nous avons tous convenu que nous reviendrons sans hésiter à la Villa Ruandra pour notre prochain séjour dans la belle Bali ! Merci pour ce séjour exceptionnel !

9.2/10Il s'agit d'un choix très appréciable. Petite villa, mais très confortable. Nous sommes un groupe de cinq personnes, avec un lit d'appoint. Le gestionnaire de la villa et la femme de ménage sont gentils et serviables. La villa est située à Seminyak, c'est très rapide de se rendre dans les zones touristiques. Les chambres sont confortables. L'environnement est nouveau et nous aimons beaucoup la piscine. Très bon choix pour des petits groupes (probablement moins que 5 à 6) qui veulent réserver une villa à Bali. J'ai vraiment apprécié le séjour que j'ai eu dans cette villa !

10/10Notre séjour à la villa Ruandra était au-delà de toutes les attentes ! Nous avons été particulièrement satisfaits de notre femme de ménage (Made) et du service qu'elle nous a fourni. La seule chose qui était un peu décevante a été le choix du petit déjeuner, mais ça n'a vraiment pas d'importance car la nourriture était si bon marché de toute façon ! Nous séjournerons certainement ici à nouveau :)
