Dans le quartier à la mode de Seminyak, mais cachée dans une ruelle tranquille, se trouve une retraite paradisiaque appelée Villa Maju. Cette villa traditionnelle de trois chambres à coucher constitue un excellent havre de paix sur l'île de Bali. Après tout, les clients se trouvent à 10 minutes à pied de la plupart des plages, bars et restaurants de Seminyak. Mais cette villa enchanteresse ne se résume pas à son emplacement privilégié...
La chambre principale est nichée dans un bungalow privé autonome avec un toit de chaume traditionnel. La chambre dispose d'une véranda ombragée avec une chaise longue et à l'intérieur, les clients peuvent dormir parfaitement dans le confort climatisé du lit king-size à baldaquin. Pour le divertissement, il y a une télévision par satellite avec un lecteur DVD et derrière le lit, il y a une armoire spacieuse. La salle de bains est équipée d'une douche intérieure et extérieure dans un cadre tropical charmant, entouré de plantes, de sculptures balinaises et d'étangs.
Les deux chambres d'hôtes sont nichées dans deux bungalows autonomes à toit alang-alang, de l'autre côté du jardin. Les deux chambres disposent d'une véranda privée et d'une magnifique salle de bains attenante avec douche intérieure et extérieure. Les chambres peuvent être aménagées en chambres à grand lit ou à lits jumeaux et disposent toutes deux d'une télévision par satellite et de vastes penderies derrière les lits.

Un portail traditionnel au toit d'alang-alang ouvre la porte de ce petit paradis paisible où vous êtes accueilli par une sculpture de Bouddha géant. Les visiteurs seront certainement enchantés par le doux parfum des fleurs de frangipanier, la vue de toute la verdure tropicale luxuriante et le son apaisant de l'eau ondulante des fontaines et des cascades déversant de l'eau dans les bassins de poissons koï. Un peu plus loin, la piscine crist alline brille au cœur du jardin, accompagnée d'un grand gazebo avec un lit de jour confortable, trois chaises longues avec des serviettes de piscine roses et une table de pique-nique qui est également parfaite pour organiser des soirées barbecue dans le jardin. Une autre sculpture de Bouddha garde l'autre extrémité du jardin et un coin cocktail ombragé par une pergola est parfait pour se détendre à la fin de la journée.
La décoration de la Villa Maju est empreinte d'élégance. Le salon et la salle à manger sont aménagés selon le concept traditionnel de l'espace ouvert, avec des jeux d'eau et de nombreux espaces ouverts pour laisser passer la brise. Les deux pavillons sont dotés de toits tropicaux en alang-alang, de sols en terrazzo et de décors intérieurs naturels enrichis de touches de couleur rose vif. Il y a des canapés confortables pour se détendre, un instrument de gamelan traditionnel à essayer, une cuisine entièrement équipée avec un bar et des tabourets. Pour le dîner, les clients peuvent s'asseoir à la table formelle en teck ou déguster une cuisine japonaise haut de gamme au grill Teppanyaki.
La Villa Maju propose des services complets assurés par une merveilleuse équipe balinaise. Un service de majordome personnalisé est assuré de 07h00 à 21h00 et un service de sécurité de 21h00 à 07h00. Un chef exceptionnel et un chauffeur privé peuvent être mis à disposition sur demande.
La Villa Maju bénéficie d'un emplacement privilégié au cœur du quartier branché de Seminyak, à quelques pas de la plage, des boutiques de créateurs, des charmants cafés et des restaurants haut de gamme. En sortant de la ruelle tranquille dans laquelle se trouve la Villa Maju, en marchant vers la droite, vous arriverez à la plage animée de Double Six Beach, avec ses charmants bars de plage colorés, et en marchant vers la gauche, vous arriverez à la célèbre Oberoi Road, aussi appelée "rue de la nourriture".
10/10We absolutely loved staying at Villa Maju, the Villa itself is stunning and only a 10 min walk from the main bars and shops, the staff who are there almost all of the time are fantastic, very hard working and extremely friendly, they are able to book any trips you want to do, taxis, any food you need etc, we asked them to fill our fridge for when we arrived which they did which was nice to have cold drinks on arrival. We would 100% return to Villa Maju and can’t recommend it enough
9.6/10Location is central and made it easy for our family to access quality restaurants that we wanted to visit. The open living and pool area was great to bring us all together and the villa staff were extremely attentive. We look forward to our return in September:)

10/10Not only does this property look as good as the pictures suggest, the central location in seminyak is very easy to walk everywhere, although tucked away in a quiet side street, you get the hustle and bustle at your fingertips without having the noise when u relax in the villa. The staff was wonderfully hospitable making this a holiday to remember forever.
9.6/10Villa Maju was our second stop in Bali and it was another great treat. Stepping into the villa, I felt like I was instantly at home. There is a comfortable feeling in this villa that is unique and I believe it is solely due to the staff that works here. They are inviting, comforting, and made sure everything was taken care of throughout our stay. I could go on in depth about the nice layout of the villa and the great water features throughout but I would come back here just for the staff! I’m sure Mary knows by now how lucky she is to have found some genuinely amazing people.
9.6/10This Villa made our holiday very special. Each of the three bedrooms were individual buildings with spacious bathrooms, decorated beautifully with indoor and outdoor showers. The whole Villa is tastefully and stylishly designed to allow privacy afforded by multiple seating areas, the many water features are soothing, the garden is a delight with the scent of the frangipanis, beautiful ornaments and sparkling pool. The staff warm and friendly, absolutely amazing, nothing is left to be desired and anything you need is organised for you, they can advise on everything available locally. The villa is well located, you can walk to main shopping and dining areas easily. We will be going back, highly recommended.

10/10Firstly, Villa Maju is not simply stunning rooms and aesthetically sublime physical surrounds. As past comments have mentioned, it is your amazing staff who really made our stay so special, and the main reason why we intend to "sampai jumpa lagi". We all had some early reservations about having staff on-call but we have no such concerns now. Tinny and Rai were magnificent, charming us all and willing to do anything to make our stay a special one- breakfasts were uniformly regarded as the best we have had. Welan, an amazing, sensitive, musically gifted young man continued the quality of service, but in a similarly unobtrusive manner. Adi and Binni were a joy to converse with while they tended to the superb gardens. Both Koman and Wayan displayed absolute professionalism and a genuine warmth towards our group. My comments in the "book" hopefully convey these thoughts. Leigh and I have only seen Villa Maju on websites. The actual experience is far more powerful. The bathrooms are all simply stunning and are certainly a key selling point in our view. The multiple water features and the continuing sounds of running water will stay in our minds. We know you are proud of your staff, they speak of you in the highest terms as an employer. Your choice of both property and personnel was an inspired one. Our group thanked me for organizing the 4.5 day stay but it is I who needs to say thank you- it was a truly memorable experience, one we certainly hope to repeat in coming years.
10/10Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at the beautiful Villa Maju. Our holiday exceeded all our expectations. The villa was tremendous, and the staff, I don't think there is a word on this planet to describe them. Their professionalism, respect, and kindness, was unbelievable. We all had a tear rolling down our cheek as we had to leave. We really loved every moment. Our BBQ night was a great success, and Welan sang to us on our last night, bringing us all to tears. I look forward to coming home to Villa Maju. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the best holiday I have ever had.

And thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful villa. It was truly an amazing week and I couldn't fault the place! Absolutely wonderful. Finally I just wanted to say how terrific the staff are. No doubt you hear that a lot but they are amazing. The really made us feel welcome and helped out in every way possible. We had an amazing time and I can't wait to return!
