Citakara Sari n'est pas une villa ordinaire, c'est un complexe de vacances privé en bord de mer comprenant 3 luxueuses villas de 2 chambres à coucher, situé à Candidasa où l'on peut encore voir et sentir "le vrai Bali authentique" avec ses rizières verdoyantes intactes, ses palmiers qui se balancent et ses villages traditionnels avec leurs cérémonies mystiques et leurs temples. Un rêve devenu réalité pour les grandes familles à la recherche d'une superbe maison de vacances ou d'un lieu de mariage fantastique, avec de nombreux espaces communs tels qu'un court de tennis privé et une piscine à débordement face à l'océan, ainsi qu'une grande intimité puisque chaque villa dispose de son propre pavillon d'habitation. Chaque villa dispose de deux chambres à coucher luxueuses dotées de lits king-size en bois ancien et d'une salle de bains privée dans le jardin avec des douches à effet de pluie relaxantes et, pour la plupart d'entre elles, des baignoires fabriquées à la main pour se ressourcer.

Les trois villas de luxe partagent un grand jardin qui s'étend sur 6200 m2 de terrain tropical avec des pelouses vertes manucurées et de hauts palmiers. Il y a également une superbe piscine à débordement de 17 x 7 mètres face à l'océan, idéale pour faire des longueurs tout en contemplant l'océan infini qui s'étend devant soi. Autour de la piscine, vous pouvez bronzer sur des chaises longues de luxe, lire un livre à l'ombre d'un parasol ou vous détendre dans le belvédère couvert d'alang-alang. Il y a également un coin salon en bois où vous pouvez déguster des boissons fraîches et des plats frais du barbecue tout en gardant un œil sur les enfants qui courent ou jouent dans la pataugeoire.
Les trois villas du Citakara Estate s'inspirent de l'architecture indonésienne authentique. Les intérieurs sont décorés de meubles en teck sculptés à la main, d'objets d'art traditionnels et d'antiquités. Chaque villa dispose d'un salon et d'une salle à manger spacieux, d'une cuisine entièrement équipée et d'une salle de presse. Un autre point commun est la vue imprenable sur l'océan. La villa Joglo est une belle maison javanaise de deux étages, vieille de 100 ans, avec des murs en teck sculptés à la main, entourée d'une véranda ensoleillée où vous pouvez vous asseoir et profiter de la vue sur la mer. Un spa privé avec sauna est attenant à cette villa. La Villa Yoga Bale embrasse la vie tropicale avec un étonnant pavillon de vie ouvert sous un toit traditionnel alang-alang de 7 mètres de haut. L'espace de vie est baigné par la lumière naturelle du soleil, ce qui crée une ambiance chaleureuse et sereine tout au long de la journée. La Villa Saraswati est une belle maison traditionnelle, fabriquée à la main à partir d'anciens Joglo javanais. Les murs en bois avec des sculptures traditionnelles, les magnifiques meubles en teck et les lustres antiques sont un spectacle étonnant.
Un personnel attentif et hautement qualifié sera à votre service 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7, avec un service de majordome, un ménage quotidien et un service de sécurité. Tout ce que vous souhaitez peut être organisé, des cours de yoga sur la plage aux excursions d'une journée pour visiter les villages d'art locaux.
La Villa Citakara Sari est cachée dans le cadre naturel époustouflant de Bali, sur le côté est de l'île, près de Candidasa. Vous serez enchanté par les rizières verdoyantes, les verdures tropicales et les villages traditionnels où les dieux hindous sont honorés quotidiennement par de belles offrandes et cérémonies. Le centre culturel d'Ubud se trouve à 37 km.

10/10Villa Citakara was a brilliant experience. From the warm welcome all the way through to the farewell. The villa was spotless and extremely well maintained.Nothing was too much trouble for Ayu and her staff and I can't stress how much our group of 7 adults and 5 children enjoyed our holiday.The food and beautiful (protected) beach were highlights...
8.6/10We had a great stay at the Villa Citakara. We were a total of 5 families with kids and all had a great time. The villas are spacious and nicely decorated. The garden and pool are very nice. The staff was nice but not very proactive and food was OK (ordered from nearby restaurants) but not extraordinary. The sand area and beach are good. It's a very quiet place away from the crowds. A little gem. Highly recommended for a holiday with families. Thank you!
10/10We stayed here for just over three weeks, with six kids aging from 7 to 13. These villas are in an excellent location with one of the last remaining beaches out the front for you to enjoy. Even though the villa is located out of town, a price of a taxi is on IDR 30,000 one way. The staff at the villa show true Balinese hospitality. Lovely people, smiley, helpful and very informative. The food available within the villa was some of the best that we had. You can order in from local Warungs, which although are cheaper, sometimes the food is cold by the time it arrives. The property is big enough for the children to play cricket, soccer, rugby, tag and hide and seek. One of the maintenance boys, entertained us all by climbing a coconut tree with just a rope and his hands and feet to trim the tree of dead leaves and coconuts. The children loved watching his skills and he gave them all fresh coconuts after he was done. The snorkelling out the front was amazing, lots of fish and living coral to see. This was a once in a life time stay, and we would definitely recommend as a destination for families or friends getting together
10/10Citakara was the venue for 3 generations of our family coming from all parts of the world for a rare get together. Stunning would be an inadequate description, the accommodation, the venue, the staff, the facilities could not be bettered. Two houses and large garden enabled everyone to have their space, however it was to the infinity pool we generally migrated. We were so contented finding it an effort to leave, so probably missed out on seeing other parts of Bali not that we cared! it was so beautiful, the houses, the gardens with lovely tall coconut palms. At night we just lay with the blinds open looking at the stars and hearing the waves breaking. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, the evening meals were delicious. A 40th birthday was celebrated with a gala dinner and a private concert given by a large percussion band playing gamelans, gongs and drums together with 6 beautiful Balinese dancers. This was a holiday of a lifetime and will never be forgotten or surpassed
10/10We stayed 6 nights in Citakara Sari. As we were 2 families, having the whole estate was perfect. One family sleeping in each of the houses yet comfortably sharing all the wonderful grounds and amenities. Children loved the space, the well kept lawn, playing football and were enormously active swimming in between some tennis on the course. As our kids are all over 7 and play well together and can swim, we parents were able to enjoy the beautiful views, massage in the relaxing spa in the main house (called in from a local spa) without the slightest of worry. My best holiday ever! Ayu and team were discreet yet always there if we needed any help. Smiling and friendly staff indeed! The place felt like home, so well thought of, so well appointed and beautiful. I hope we can come back one day! A hint for you who plan a trip to Bali: We stayed in a lux hotel in Seminyak after Citakara Sari, and regret that we were not able to stay in Citakara our whole stay.... Much much better!
10/10From the moment you walk through the front gate you know you are experiencing something special. Citakari Sari is what all accommodation in Bali should be like, it’s that simple. The grounds are immaculate and maintained beautifully. The Yoga Bale in which we stayed was just magnificent and more than enough room for our family of four with spacious and well maintained rooms. Location is obviously a major factor when choosing accommodation and though the pictures we sighted were exactly what we were looking for, they will never do the villa justice. The location is simply breathtaking. Looking out from the infinity pool over the private beach and into the bay never failed to impress each morning. Basically, the service you receive can make or break a good holiday. The staff at the villa were simply amazing. When you needed them they were there, never obtrusive and just with the right level of attention to make the experience even more rewarding. A big shout out to Ayu and her crew as you guys are just as much of the experience as the villa’s. If it seems we are smitten by this portion of our holiday you are correct. This was our eighth trip to Bali and we have never stayed at a place quite like this. We will definitely be coming back next year and bringing friends. It’s simply that good.
10/10We were an extended family of 9, 6 adults and 3 children under 3. The villas and grounds were perfect for us. A secure compound, plenty of room for children to run round ,swim and tire themselves. The staff were very accommodating /helpful of sometimes noisy and messy children, especially at meal times. Having said that the villas themselves are very tastefully furnished with local furniture and art, which we very much liked. The bathrooms are somethingelse. All modern conveniences are there, and when we required car seats, high chairs etc for the children, we were helped with these requests. Staff were helpful in arranging outings. Meals were available in house but we found a few Warungs that provided delicious food. And for convenience there was a restuarant next door.
