9.6/10Wow! Wow! Wow! This villa is amazingly beautiful. The grounds are immaculately kept. There is a beautiful pool and this has to be the best bed in Ubud. I had several delicious meals at their restaurants Copper and Embers. The sticky pork ribs.. yum yum.. Did I mention there is a garden where you can pick fresh greens and the restaurant will use them to make you a smoothie? My villa had a Japanese soaking tub and bath salts that made me feel like a queen. I can't oversell this place and the location can't be beaten. You can walk to many restaurants, bars, and attractions. But the absolute best part of my stay was the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure my stay was memorable and it was. Please don't hesitate to book these villas. It was the highlight of my time of Ubud.
10/10We just left the wonderful Bisma Eight after a 5-night stay in one of their private villas for our honeymoon. Everything about the hotel was wonderful and we would highly recommend it to those looking for an upscale villa while spending time in Ubud. The villa's location is great - still within walking distance of all the main streets and restaurants, but tucked away a little bit from some of their busy traffic areas. We used a local driver for some daytime excursions but otherwise could access all the downtown Ubud restaurants and Ubud palace by foot. The villa's facilities are great as well - everything worked smoothly, breakfast at the Embers restaurant was delicious, and we even enjoyed a beautiful massage and scrub at the onsite Mandala Spa. There were lots of daily complimentary activities (yoga, sound healing, cooking classes) which we would have made more use of had we had more time. As we were honeymooning, we also received lots of cute surprises around the villa which was a nice personal touch. Finally, the villa staff were so friendly and accommodating - we actually came down with some food poisoning during our stay (not from any of the villa's food) so the team took extra special care of us while we were sick and were always checking on us. Thank you to the Bisma Eight team for an unforgettable trip!
10/10We had an amazing stay over Christmas and new year at Bisma Eight villas. The villa itself was spacious and clean with a private pool. All of the staff were exceptional, polite, and nothing was too much trouble. We ate in the Embers Restaurant at the villa every night. Edy and his team (Murdani, Lena, Shalala, and the others) were so attentive and made each meal memorable for us. The housekeeping team was polite and friendly, as was the reception staff. We were called by our first name by all staff which made us feel special. We used the airport transfer through the hotel and also had a site-seeing day trip which was great, we were given the choice of places to visit, thanks to Ari the driver. We had a lovely massage at the spa and there was a fully equipped gym but we did not use this. If you are looking for a relaxing break and feel like royalty this is the destination for you.
