The villa is beautifully appointed, luxurious, spacious, clean and well maintained with a great, large pool. Its in a great area too so just a short walk to great shopping, restaurants, spas etc. Breakfast every morning was fabulous! The staff were lovely and very helpful. We will definitely come back. A wonderful oasis to enjoy the best kind of relaxation...

After staying in Villa Alice sister villa 'Dua' last year, we decided to try this one. Both villas are lovely. We actually prefer the layout of Satu over 'Dua' but wouldnt hesitate to stay at either again. The facilities are awesome, a mini bar has been added since our last stay which is great. The staff are amazing. Satu Pool doesnt get the amount of sun that Dua gets if that is a concern. Easy walking distance to bars/restaurants/flea market KuDeTa and beach.

Amazing Villa, absolutely huge. We thought it was a hotel at first, beautiful garden and pool, gazebo/day bed for shade, incredible bathrooms. Made and Annie were terrific, they looked after us so well.

What a gem. Villa Alice lived up to the reviews. The photos are an accurate look for sure. Made and his staff go above and beyond to make it a perfect getaway. Nothing was an issue for them (we couldn’t find a bottle of Aperol but Made found it). Easy 3 minute walk to Eat Street. Other than the pool could do with a paint, which I’m now clutching at straws, we couldn’t have had the most perfect Villa for us. Will be back for sure.

Lots of lovely restaurants nearby. The restaurant at the flea market was our favorite….can’t remember name. Close to ku-da-ta and beach. Both in walking distance. Staff were very helpful organised a couple of bikes for us. Rooms and villa were beautiful only criticism for our stay was the beds were very hard and aircon struggled with the size of room.

Loved every moment we spent at Villa Alice Satu, it's location is just fabulous. The fact that the bedrooms were identical and at separate ends of one another was just perfect! The pool was glorious, the daybed, garden area so spacious and the fact that it got sun was just what we wanted. The entire staff were just wonderful, from Made manager, including the nightly security. They couldn't do enough for us. They were very accommodating with all our many requests, arranging in villa massages, organizing Made the driver. Having breakfast included was so relaxing that we could just wake up and know we didn't have to think about where to go for breakfast, not that there isn't an abundance of eateries close by the Villa but this was just a added bonus that we appreciated and loved especially Annie's omelets; they were the best. Highly recommend getting pampered at Bodyworks just a short walk from the Villa. We ate at so many wonderful eateries lunch at Sea Circus, Basil, great coffee from Revolver, dinners at Gingermoon, Sarong, Ling Lings, Da Maria's, Batik, Bambu. Party at Htl Mexicola. Visit Potato Head, head to KuDaTa for a drink. Day trip to Sunday's, Finns and Atlas. Oh what a fabulous 7Nts we had. We are already planning our return, so look out Villa Alice Satu & Dua as we'll be back.

From the moment you walk in the door you just feel relaxed, this place really is an amazing oasis in Seminyak. We loved the peace and quiet and the size of everything. A beautifully maintained property with excellent staff, love the breakfasts.

This is a very nice, very clean, functional, spacious and pleasant villa, photos and description are accurate. It’s in a good location for Seminyak being a few minutes walk from some restaurants, several convenience stores, Seminyak square and 15 mins walk from the beach. The staff were all very nice, Made was super helpful and always available on WhatsApp. The only thing we didn’t like was the mattresses which were extremely hard. Other than that, strongly recommended if you want to stay in that area.

The Villa was amazing, in a great location in Seminyak but still very private and quiet. The pool is awesome and works well. The staff and manager are extremely polite and make sure you feel at home in their villa. The only issue I had was the bed was a bit hard but still slept every night. 10/10 experience and will return to Villa Alice when in Seminyak! Thank you to everyone that made our stay so great!

The Villa was nice and in a quiet location but yet it had easy access to the main shopping street. The staff was friendly and attentive in making our stay comfortable, great airport pickup, delicious breakfast.

The Villa is great! We managed to check in earlier than expected! The Villa manager (Made) he is great, providing us in everything that we need :) He arranged a driver (Wayan) to follow us throughout the entire stay. Everything is so well taken care of, Made took a step forward by providing us with the Villa phone with data and Wifi. He makes sure that we are contactable at all times as he always said ( I don't want you guys to get lost in Bali) :) Sweet gesture love everything here! I will come back again! Thank you Villa Bali Sabtu for the Sweet Vacation :)

I have stayed in Villa Alice Satu for 3 nights and it was amazing service and environment over there. 24 hours security guys, the staff cooked our breakfast in the kitchen which was really handy. As we were 2 groups of families, the living room, bedrooms, and backyard was really specious for kids to play with. The bathroom was very modern style, however, with the trees and features, it gave you more wild and natural feeling, and it feels so different experience comparing with hotel. I was so enjoy it and I would recommend to any of my friends once they travel in Bali.

We had such a great experience at Villa Alice Satu. Made and the staff were wonderful and helped us with every request we had from organising transport to getting us tickets to a tour that was sold out! The pool was always spotless and we always came home to immaculately cleaned rooms. Breakfast was always nice and they threw in an extra rollaway bed and extra breakfast for a little one for free. All in all a great experience and a great location right in the heart of Seminyak. Highly recommended!

Originally I had booked at another location, although due to emergency maintenance villa finder found this villa for us. How great this was for us, the location, staff, villa, services, breakfast and pool were amazing!! The pool got sun all day though there was still shaded areas to retreat. Also the bedrooms were fantastic as if you wanted to get away you had your own ac bedroom\lounge area with tv. Breakfast was so yummy, I'll definitely be trying to make their omelettes at home. Just behind the main st of Seminyak and Seminyak square 10/10 definitely stay here again!

We got this villa at a discount of -25% but even if we had paid full price it would have been worth every penny. Great layout and phenomenal service. They were very accommodating to our schedule as we were coming and going at different times and we all got the service we wanted.

This is the second time we have stayed at this villa and have to say again it surpassed my expectations. The size of this villa is what really makes it so special. You don't feel claustrophobic like you may do in other villas. The proximity to eat street eliminates the stress of dealing with taxi drivers and traffic. The staff are just awesome. Would recommend this villa to anyone.

We have just come back from a week at villa Alice and loved every minute! It's in such a great location! Nothing is too hard for the staff who are lovely and made our stay that extra special. Stunning pool, big bedrooms and bathroom. I can honestly not fault it! Great price as well considering the area and facilities. Would highly recommend it!!

We just stayed in Villa Alice 1 (sept 2015). We originally wanted to stay in Villa Alice 2 as we thought it may have more sunlight to enjoy. Villa 2 wasn't available when we booked but it didn't matter as Villa 1 had more than enough sun to get our fix. The Villa management were very organised with payment and transfers sending confirmation emails for flight details. We had someone from our group arrive a day after and they picked them up from the airport free of charge. The villa layout, finishes and size exceeded our expectations. It's always good when it looks better than the photos. The ceilings were amazingly high like there could have been a second story. Glad there wasn't because we loved the extra high ceilings. The bedrooms and bathrooms were both identical which is good when travelling with another couple. Loved the double basins and outdoor shower. The large walk-in robe hidden behind the bedroom was great so the room felt clean all the time. Each room also had a sitting area with TV. The pool was fantastic as it was large and the temperature was PERFECT. loved the shallow shelf to lay on too. Garden was amazing and well maintained. Kitchen was handy with large fridge and a water filter machine with hot and cold option in case you wanted an afternoon coffee. The audio system was good too allowing us to listen to our music with good wifi signal for streaming. The location couldn't be better. I'd estimate about 200m from eat st. Just far enough to be silent and close enough to never need a taxi if you want to just stay in Seminyak. Mini mart right at the end of the driveway was always handy on the way home to grab supplies. The staff were very polite and helpful when called upon. Marday was friendly and informative too.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Villa Alice. The villa itself is beautifully laid out, clean and spacious. The location is amazing close enough that you can walk to most bars and restaurants with great shopping right outside your door but is down a small road so it is incredibly quiet and peaceful once you are there. The service is flawless the staff are friendly, unobtrusive and efficient, We will definitely be back.

I have been in Villa Alice on June 2015. I have been many times to Bali and I have rented many villas, all very beautiful, but Villa Alice is the most beautiful of all, especially for the large tropical garden and a beautiful swimming pool, perfect for adults and children that I have never found in other villas in the center of Seminyak. Villa Alice has a valid license to be rented which is visible at the entrance. This is very important because, as reported by travel guides, many villas are without license and therefore, in the case of checks, more and more frequent, are likely to be closed at any time. Villa Alice is located in a small street in the heart of Seminyak, so it is silent. No noise comes of the adjacent villas. The main road (Jalan Kayu Aya, also known as Jalan Oberoi) is within walking distance and is a succession of elegant shops and famous restaurants (Café Bali, Chandi, Last, Junction, Char Char). Even Jalan Petitenget, with its famous restaurants (Sardine, Metis, Sarong and The Lucciola) is just a few minutes with a scooter. The villa rooms are very large and the bathrooms are also very large and surrounded by a spectacular vegetation. Cleaning and maintenance are perfect and are guaranteed by a team of several people, including a gardener, all very nice; they were always available to my every need and people who were traveling with me. A special mention to Made that helped me to organize a day of rafting on the Ayung River close to Ubud and a two-day visit to the center of the island and snorkeling island of Menjangan. Also perfect transport service to and from the airport. In short, a piece of paradise and an oasis of calm fell in the middle of the bustling nightlife (and day) of the most beautiful part of Seminyak.

I would definitely recommend Villa Alice Satu to any of my friends that are looking for Villa style accommodation in Bali.Walking distance to many of our favourite restaurants in Oberoi Rd and if you need to travel the ease of obtaining a Taxi is excellent.The rooms,staff and breakfast at your leisure are fantastic..We have travelled to Bali at least 40 times and have stayed at Villa Alice on the last 2 occasions and will be returning next year.
