The 2 bedrooms are located up on the first floor of the pavilion, adjoined by private little balconies with lovely views of the garden and pool down below. Both bedrooms feature high soaring traditional Balinese rooftops, king-size beds, overhead ceiling fans and air-conditioning. For late night thirst guests won't have to walk down the stairs as both rooms have been equipped with mini fridges to get drinks and snacks. Each room is also fitted with a TV and a DVD-player for entertainment and in the wardrobe closets you will find a safety box, kimono's and bath-slippers. The compact en-suite bathrooms feature hot/cold showers, tubs, washbasins and WCs. bathroom amenities are catered for.

El jardín cuenta con plantas tropicales y árboles frangipani, que crecen exuberantes alrededor del césped cuidado y la piscina privada de 8 x 3. Junto a la piscina hay una terraza de madera para tomar el sol con 3 sillas de ratán reclinables y una gran sombrilla blanca para tomar el sol y relajarse bajo el sol tropical. Una barbacoa de jardín está disponible para un pequeño festín de comida privada en la comodidad de su propia casa de vacaciones.
La sala de estar de planta abierta y refrigerada por ventilador de la Villa Kumpi 1 cuenta con un suelo brillante, paredes de piedra de palimanan y un elegante diseño interior regido por cálidos colores terrosos, materiales naturales como la madera de teca y el ratán, obras de arte tradicionales y plantas en maceta. El cómodo sofá amarillo está arropado con brillantes almohadas rojas y es el lugar perfecto para pasar unas horas del día leyendo un buen libro y, por la noche, es un rincón acogedor para ver películas con los amigos y la familia en la gran televisión de pantalla plana con canales por satélite y reproductor de DVD. En el otro lado hay una mesa de comedor de teca para seis personas y la cocina está más que bien equipada, con una barra de cristal que descansa sobre una pieza de madera antigua.
Las Kumpi Villas cuentan con todo el personal. Hay asistencia personal a los huéspedes, servicio de limpieza y guardias de seguridad las 24 horas del día. El personal estará encantado de responder a todas sus preguntas, reservarle un masaje en la villa u organizar un coche privado con conductor para llevarle de excursión.
Located in a gang of central Seminyak, you can easily stroll down to the beach and KU DE TA beach club to sip cocktails and watch the beautiful island sunset. For some high-end shopping or wining and dining at trendy dining venues, head down to the celebrated Eat Street in the Oberoi district of Seminyak. This long and trendy street is home to fashion stores, boutique shops, coffee bars and endless restaurants such as Ultimo, Ginger Moon and the beachfront La Lucciola. It takes around 40 minutes to drive to Bali's international airport.
9.6/10The staff (especially Tini) at this villa are wonderful, so happy and friendly. They went over and beyond to make our stay with them wonderful, even presented me with a birthday cake on my birthday. Very special. Loved our stay, so comfortable, clean and relaxing. We will be back!
9.4/10Do yourself a favor and stay at Kumpi Villas.What a pleasure it was to stay here,The staff Tini, Eka and the security guys name who we never got were wonderful.They were so helpful and happy to oblige with anything you asked for all done with a smile.. Location is perfect close enough to walk to shops and restaurants but still quiet and peaceful.Beautiful villa clean and comfortable but it is the staff that will make your stay memorable fell in love with these people. Would definitely stay there again.We loved the Kumpi Villas!!!!
9.4/10First time trip to Bali for one week family of 4. After much research settled on The Kumpi Villas in Seminyak. Great location with 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants and 15 minutes to the beach. Arrived late night and was promptly picked up by the Villa staff. Arrived and checked in with no issues. The Villa was 2 bedroom with a private pool. Villa is clean and well maintained. Staff is exceptionally pleasant and helpful always going the extra mile to satisfy any request. Breakfast prepared fresh each morning based on your requested time. Very safe place at night with 24/7 security. Overall the staff made this a great trip with their kindness and attention to every detail. I would definitely recommend The Kumpi Villas to anyone traveling especially with family to Bali. One of our best vacations ever. Two thumbs up to Kumpi Villas staff and management.
