Nunia Villa is a complex of private boutique villas located right in the heart of Seminyak, just off Oberoi's Eat Street and just minutes walking distance away from the beach and celebrated beach clubs. The villa estate houses a great collection one-bedroom villas. Lovely private pool holiday homes for couples or small families seeking a comfortable place to stay within walking distance of shops, cafes, bars, spas, restaurants and the beach. The one-bedroom villas are interconnected via doors in the garden, also making it possible to rent them out together. All 4 one-bedroom villas feature a lovely private garden with a swimming pool, 2 of them have slightly bigger gardens, great for kids to play outdoors.
Nunia Villa cuenta con suites frescas y cómodas para retirarse por la noche. Cada villa de un dormitorio cuenta con una suite con aire acondicionado, equipada con una cama king-size y un televisor de pantalla plana por cable para su entretenimiento. Las habitaciones están equipadas con dos armarios de madera blanca, uno para él y otro para ella. En el interior, encontrará elegantes kimonos de color chocolate para los dos, así como una caja fuerte para guardar objetos de valor. El cuarto de baño es amplio y lujoso, con una gran bañera de terrazo hundida junto a una ventana. El cuarto de baño cuenta con lujosas duchas de lluvia, una interior y otra al aire libre rodeada de plantas verdes. Hay dos lavabos frente a un enorme espejo enmarcado y todas las comodidades de los huéspedes del baño están previstas.

El jardín es un lugar tropical plantado con todo tipo de plantas y árboles. En la esquina del jardín, brilla su piscina privada con una profundidad de 1,5 metros. Junto a la piscina, en un control de bronceado de madera, hay dos largas sillas colocadas para relajarse y broncearse bajo el sol tropical. El jardín es un lugar muy tranquilo. De las 4 villas de un dormitorio, 2 tienen jardines algo más grandes. Asegúrese de comprobar cuál va a reservar para sus vacaciones.
El salón está diseñado con puertas de cristal del suelo al techo que se abren al jardín y a la zona de la piscina. Puede optar por mantenerlas cerradas, disfrutando del confort del aire acondicionado, o puede abrirlas (apagando el aire acondicionado) para transformar el salón en un espacio tropical abierto con fácil acceso a la piscina. El salón está amueblado con un gran sofá acolchado para relajarse, un televisor de pantalla plana con reproductor de DVD y una mesa de comedor cuadrada de madera que puede trasladarse fácilmente al exterior para disfrutar de la cena o el almuerzo junto a la piscina. El salón está decorado con un montón de pequeños artefactos y antigüedades interesantes. Nunia Villa is fully staffed with friendly Balinese people. There is personalized guest assistance, full-time security and there is room service available. The estate is located in the heart of Seminyak, but should you want to go to the beach real quick to catch the sunset or if you want to go shop at Seminyak Village without having to walk in the sun, you can make use of the drop-off service that is offered as a complimentary to your stay.
Nunia Villa is located on Jalan Pangkung Sari, just off the famous and always happening Eat Street (Oberoi Road). The beach and KU DE TA beach club are just a 10-minute stroll away, passing trendy coffee bars such as Revolver and Grocer & Grind, boutique shops and branded fashion stores such as Magali Pascal, Puravida, Religion, Bamboo Blonde, sophisticated shopping malls such as Seminyak Square & Seminyak Village, popular nightly hangouts such as La Favela, the Champagne Bar and exquisite restaurants such as(Ultimo, La Lucciola. You are really finding yourself in the heart of Bali's most fashionable beach town, and boredom simply doesn't exist in this place.
8.6/10This is a great private villa for a romantic stay. For a couple it was a spacious an enjoyable stay. It’s only a short walk from the main eateries in Seminyak with everything you need close by. The area is nice and quiet too with plenty of parking for cars / scooters. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. The booking of this accommodation was easy and there were no issues.

La chambre et la salle de bains sont parfaites, nous avons bien aimé la douche extérieure en plus de celle de la SDB. La pièce principale est très agréable avec de larges ouvertures sur le jardin. Sinon très bon service de ménage quotidien intérieur et jardin / piscine. Tout est propre et le lit refait tous les jours ainsi que le ménage, linge de toilettes et piscine changés, aussi bien qu’à l'hôtel.
8.8/10Arranged a pick up from the airport prior to arrival; a smart thing to do, but perhaps departure was not required as there were many GoJek drivers around at a fraction of the cost.. Arrived at the Villa to a friendly reception and welcome drinks. First impression was pleasant; the Villa and pool were clean and tidy. Everything worked fine, except the safe's lock. It was solved within seconds, though. Breakfast was pre-ordered the night before. Served on time and hot. Quite tasty, if you order the local food. If you have issues with bathing without curtains, it could be a problem. The wall next to the toilet is high and there are planters. Still, a little bit disconcerting for my wife. Walking around is perhaps not ideal due to traffic. As mentioned, GoJek drivers are everywhere, so it's safer, especially if you have small kids in tow. It was a very comfortable stay. Will go back again.
8.4/10I stayed with my wife over New Years. The property is well managed and in an excellent location. Even though it is walking distance to shops and restaurants, it is located on a quiet "gang" with no through traffic.
8.4/10The villa is as beautiful as the photos! The staffs are lovely, Daisy took good care of us, recommended places to visit and made our stay perfect! The villa is a few minutes walk from the city center, restaurants, massage and supermarket. The meals at the villa were good, on time and always well served.

10/10Beautiful, quiet villa off Main Street. We were upgraded, as a couple, to a double couple villa with large private swimming pool. Included brekky every day was delicious, both western and Indonesian choices. Spotless rooms serviced everyday. Warm, delightful staff. Perfect location, walking distance to shopping and restaurants.
