Escondida al final de un pequeño callejón privado, esta elegante pero informal villa de cinco dormitorios se compone de una serie de pabellones tradicionales balineses situados alrededor de una deslumbrante piscina y rodeados de exuberante vegetación tropical. Con abundantes zonas comunes y muchos espacios privados, es el lugar perfecto para que familias numerosas o grupos de amigos se alejen de todo, sin dejar de estar cerca de los restaurantes, las tiendas y la vida nocturna de Canggu. Se trata de una espaciosa villa en una excelente ubicación, que ofrece todos los adornos que necesitará para su próxima escapada a Bali.
Las cinco habitaciones con aire acondicionado están repartidas por los tres pabellones de la villa y cuentan con camas tamaño king envueltas en mosquiteras, cuartos de baño con lavabos individuales o dobles hechos con antiguos cuencos de cerámica china y duchas de lluvia a ras de suelo.
Una de las dos habitaciones situadas en el pabellón principal goza de una terraza privada a la sombra con sillones de ratán con vistas al jardín, mientras que la segunda habitación goza de serenas vistas al estanque de lotos ornamentales.
El dormitorio principal ocupa un pabellón entero y se puede acceder a él desde el lateral del pabellón principal por el pasillo de madera sobre el estanque ornamental o por las puertas correderas de cristal desde la cubierta de la piscina. Los sillones de ratán y un pequeño sofá proporcionan un lugar acogedor para el café de la mañana. El cuarto de baño tiene el lujo añadido de una bañera y una mesa de masaje privada. Y si necesita conectarse urgentemente a su correo electrónico, puede hacerlo desde el escritorio de madera recuperada.
En el tercer pabellón independiente que da a la piscina, dos dormitorios más pequeños, de diseño similar, comparten un espacio común con varias zonas de estar para disfrutar. Los huéspedes pueden optar por reunirse en los cuatro sillones y jugar a uno de los muchos juegos de mesa vintage disponibles. O simplemente relajarse en el sofá o disfrutar de una copa de vino en la mesa de ratán con cuatro sillas a juego situada en la parte delantera del pabellón.

En el centro de la villa se encuentra la piscina de 12 metros, rodeada por una terraza de madera de gran tamaño, que la convierte en el lugar ideal para el entretenimiento y el descanso. Alrededor de la piscina hay tumbonas individuales y dobles con sombrillas para disfrutar del sol de Bali. Situado al final de la piscina, detrás de la suite principal, hay un mini estudio de yoga elevado para aquellos que quieran pasar una mañana tranquila de meditación y asanas mientras disfrutan de la vista de la piscina brillante.
La sala de estar abierta tiene vistas a la piscina, el jardín y el estanque, y funciona como punto de reunión central para los huéspedes de Villa Desa Roro. Una colección de cuadros y artefactos exóticos del archipiélago indonesio y del sudeste asiático confieren a la villa un estilo y un ambiente únicos. Bajo el elevado techo del joglo de madera, los huéspedes pueden reunirse en uno de los dos cómodos sofás. A un lado, una mesa de comedor de teca maciza y unas cómodas sillas de ratán pueden acoger a 6 personas para una cena formal. Junto a la zona de comedor hay una moderna cocina, equipada con una nevera para vinos y todos los electrodomésticos y servicios modernos.
Durante su estancia, será mimado por un equipo de personal amable y atento que atenderá todas sus necesidades. El amable personal puede organizar todo tipo de servicios, como comidas caseras, masajes junto a la piscina y excursiones de un día por la isla.
Cafés, restaurantes y boutiques de moda, así como una de las mejores clases de yoga, están a la vuelta de la esquina. Canggu se ha convertido en el "nuevo" lugar de Bali. Hay mucho que hacer, desde contemplar la puesta de sol mientras se escucha la buena música de los DJ residentes del Finn's Beach Club, en la playa de Berawa. Y el animado Seminyak, con su amplia selección de elegantes bares de cócteles, excitantes discotecas, lujosos spas y elegantes boutiques, está a 20 minutos en coche.
9.2/10This villa is absolutely beautiful, walking through the magnificent wooden doors opens up into a magical place to relax and enjoy an amazing Bali lifestyle. Komang and the team, have been so warm and welcoming and made our stay here more enjoyable. They loved having our kids around and there was no request that was to difficult for them to fulfill. We had breakfast cooked most mornings and Komang cooking is amazing. They also cooked us a bubi guling feast for New Year’s Eve which was amazing.

10/10Villa Desa Roro was more than we expected! The villa, staff, location was second to none. We were there for a business retreat, and we had plenty of space to each have our own bedroom and bathroom. The staff were on call 24/7 and nothing was a problem or an issue. Everything was impeccable. I would highly recommend this villa and service to anyone who is looking for your own little sanctuary.
10/10Absolutely stunning jungle paradise with immaculate grounds. A resort experience with the safety and freedom of your own house. Staff are attentive and accomodating, ready to look after your every need. They cooked an amazing breakfast for 4 families and provided everything we asked for, cooked to perfection. Located close to some fantastic restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner within walking distance or short cab ride. Plenty of attractions nearby to keep the kids amused! Absolutely perfect, luxurious family holiday.
9.2/10Beautiful house in a fairly secluded location. Great, friendly staff, very clean and well maintained. Nearby restaurants are great so very easy to eat out, with a selection of Indonesian and Western food available. Motorbikes everywhere deliver food easily to the villa. Cute boutique stores, supermarkets and spa options all in a short walking distance. Extremely enjoyable holiday.

8.8/10Nous avons séjourné 10 jours dans le cadre enchanteur de la villa Desa Roro pour fêter en famille notre 40 ème anniversaire de mariage. Tout le monde a adoré, petits et grands ont apprécié, le salon immense, les chambres spacieuses, la superbe piscine et surtout le merveilleux jardin. Tous les membres de l'équipe sont absolument charmants et très attentionnés et nous les remercions chaleureusement. Dans le proche secteur de la villa nous avons apprécié les restaurants suivants : M'y Warung situé juste en face, Thé sauvage kitchen, et La Finca.

Le personnel est très accueillant, souriant et au petit soin. Tous les services demandés (massages, yoga...) nous ont été fournis avec grande satisfaction. 10/10Stayed in a group of twelve combining The two Desa Roros. Despite the impact on service of our pre-Nyepi stay (suggest avoiding by a couple of days if you expect full staffing) our stay was exceptional. Komang the manager’s cooking skills were matched only by her hospitality and grace; All the staff made us welcome immediately and coped well with the overflow from Desa Roro Dua at the main villa- such is the space in and around the property. The 3 pavilions that make up the complex are spacious, clean and beautifully decorated- true Balinese style in park like private grounds. And all within easy distance of the best that Canggu and Seminyak have to offer. A five star stay!
8.2/10The villa and the staff are stunning. Late dinner at My Warung in front of the villa is very convenient. Dinner at the villa was perfectly organized and very tasty. Staff is great. The master bedroom is very noisy at night with the road just nearby, that is to me the only downside for this beautiful villa.
