Villa Tenang comes from the expertise of Fredo Taffin, the architect behind the famous beach club Ku De Ta. This 5-bedroom luxury holiday retreat is the perfect vacation spot for larger families traveling together to Seminyak, Bali. The villa is situated close to the Batu Belig beach and the Petitenget beach. The luxe holiday home shrouded in natural greenery is a great start to your Balinese adventure.
Please note that nearby the villa there is a bar. You might expect some music or bar noise during your stay.
The two master suites at Villa Tenang each occupy a massive chunk of the ground floor around the main living pavilion and both open out to the pool and garden. The rooms are elegant and classy with their décor and are furnished with king-sized beds. Each room has its own private en-suite bathroom with marble soaking bathtubs and large showers.
Two guest bedrooms are located on the upper floor with their own balcony and overlook the swimming pool. Each room is furnished with a double bed and comes with its own private en-suite bathroom. The fifth room is situated next to the kitchen.

The great outdoors with its abundant and ample tropical foliage enveloping the walls of the villa as well as the well-manicured and pruned gardens accentuate the natural and authentic beauty of the entire area. The large swimming pool sits in the middle of all this glory inviting you in to take a swim in the water and spend some fun moments with your loved ones. The pool is surrounded by sun-loungers placed under the shade of massive umbrellas for when you want to relax and take an afternoon nap. Adjoining the swimming pool is the koi and lotus pond which makes you feel calm as it creates a tranquil and meditative mood around it.
The luxurious and opulent living area will make you feel like royalty with its alang alang roof, polished to perfection and exotic lighting keeping the place well-lit. The glass doors that lead to the outdoors also add to the ambience of the entire room. The cosy sitting area sits pointing towards the outdoors so you can see the pool and garden while you rest on the comfy couches. There is a large dining table in the living area, so they comfortable accommodate all the guests without any inconvenience. With overhead lights, the gorgeous space is highlighted and you will feel pampered when you spend time in the living area. The kitchen is fully-equipped and fitted with the best modern facilities in case you wish to cook for yourself and your loved ones. There are barstools besides the island countertop to make extra sitting or when you want to grab some drinks. In a separate gazebo, Villa Tenang offers its guests a BBQ facility with a complete set of equipment and a dining area nestled amidst abundant nature.
The friendly staff at Villa Tenang is at your service and will happily assist you with all your needs and additional requirements. In case you require transportation in and around Seminyak, you can approach the staff without hesitation. A daily breakfast is served complimentary to the guests. As the villa is located in a sought-after Batu Belig area, you can hear some music inside the villa from neighbouring bar.
Batu Belig beach and Petitenget beach are a few metres away from Villa Tenang, affording you the luxury to reach your destination in no time. The famous Warung Pantai is another restaurant/ bar where you can hang out. Popular cafes include Watercress Café and Strawberry Field and you also have access to other high-end shopping spots around the villa.
8.8/10Villa Tenang has 5 spacious bedrooms, a large swimming pool, and a living room that can be connected to the pool area through folding doors. The villa is within walking distance of the seaside boulevard, where several restaurants are located. Although the villa is located behind a busy café on a lively street, we hardly experienced any noise disturbance. However, you should take into account long travel times, as there are always traffic jams in the streets of Seminyak and the surrounding area.

9.2/10Concierge was a dream to deal with, the staff were absolutely lovely. Shout out to Ade and Okta for being amazing! Breakfast was super yummy and the villa is amazing for a big family or group of friends! One downside is the noise from the bar but if you’re out for dinner and coming back late, not too noticeable. Will definitely be back!

The pool and lounge area are spacious. Special mention to the staff, in particular Nyoman. He made our stayed an extremely enjoyable experience. Nothing was too much for him. Staff very helpful, efficient and polite. Would Recommend this villa. Also recommend trying restaurant " Jemme" in Seminyak.
8.8/10Villa Tenang, is absolutely wonderful with a large pool and nice bedrooms. Especially the location makes this villa a great choice, with the beach and my favorite cafe Watercress around the corner. To add, the staff was extremely friendly and always ready to help with any requests.
9.2/10Our family was on a vacation in Bali. There were 8 of us and we were looking for a villa with four bedrooms. We had elderly with us who are not good with stairs and Villa Tenang was a good option for us as they have two bedrooms on the ground floor. The place is very big and spacious. There is a big living area, gazebo, long pool and another small jacuzzi pool. . Excellent for family vacation. The Manager and staff are friendly and accommodating. The famous naughty nuri’s warung is just 10 metres away from the villa and the staff helped us to arrange for take-away from the shop and we enjoyed the yummy ribs in the comfort of our villa. On one of the days, we did our grocery shopping in the nearby Carrefour supermarket, and the chef did up a superb barbecued dinner for us. On the other hand, some corners of the bedroom, like the toilet is a little run-down, and the toliet amenities can be better.
