K Villa is situated in the upscale district of Oberoi, Seminyak, a stone’s throw away from the flashiest spots in Seminyak, such as Ku De Ta and La Lucciola as well as fashionable upscale boutiques for the high end crowd.

The villa is built using locally sourced eco-friendly building materials. It features a combination of open air spaces with enclosed spaces to give the whole villa a spacious airy vibe that is characteristic of Balinese living spaces.

The pool is located just outside the living space of the villa and has an overflowing pool with a Jacuzzi in it.
