10/10Our stay at Villa Jerami & Spa in Seminyak was overall pleasant, with a few hiccups. The villa itself was clean, well-maintained, and came with the added perks of a private pool, an in-house restaurant, and a spa. The food was reasonably priced and enjoyable, and we appreciated the inclusion of some Indian breakfast options, which was a nice touch. The private pool was a highlight, but there were a couple of issues. On arrival, it was spotless, but when we requested cleaning the next day, it wasn’t done thoroughly, making it unusable. As non-swimmers, we requested to lower the water level, and while we found the 1.5 million IDR charge quite steep, we agreed, and in the end, it was worth it. The poolside beds were also dirty upon arrival, but this was promptly addressed once we pointed it out. One small downside was a snarky remark from the front desk when we checked in (related to cleaning) —an isolated incident, but still worth noting. That said, the rest of the staff were polite and helpful. Also, as expected in an open setting, mosquitoes and insects were present in the evenings, so keep that in mind. Despite a few minor inconveniences, the stay was comfortable, the villa was clean, and the amenities were enjoyable. With a bit more attention to detail, this could be an excellent choice for travelers looking for a relaxing getaway in Seminyak.
