Iluka Villa offers the ultimate holiday experience in Bali. From the moment you arrive here, you will know that you have come to a luxury property where your vacation is going to be special… whether you want to just relax and unwind, spend quality time with your group draped in luxury, enjoy beach life or an outdoor lifestyle, or want to make the house your base to see some of Bali’s top attractions. The villa is a hidden gem of Seminyak, which is a posh neighborhood. It is a trendy and hip area where you will find many cafes, restaurants, and clubs, but it is still serene and quiet.
This beautiful villa and its interiors were designed by the famous local architect Richard Manser. It features an elegant décor and a spacious outdoor area with a pool. The house is packed with many modern amenities and facilities, which will surely make your stay here a pleasant experience. For your convenience, there are professional chefs, butlers, housekeepers, and security personnel. Nannies and drivers can be arranged.
Please note that there may occasionally be some nearby construction activity, including workers passing by from time to time. However, the noise is usually minimal and should not cause significant disturbance.
Iluka Villa is a large property with 7 bedrooms for 14 guests. Additionally, it can also sleep 7 infants. Four bedrooms have king beds, while the three others all have twins. They all have air-conditioning and premium-quality mattresses with comfortable pillows. They also have ceiling-to-floor glass doors that open to a garden and the swimming pool, so you are always close to the villa’s outdoor space. Thanks to the glass features, you can get views from your bed as well.
There are large dressing areas, wardrobes, and bedside tables with reading lights. All seven bedrooms are ensuite. The bathrooms have tubs or showers. One bathroom has a partially open ceiling while a second has a Jacuzzi tub.

This luxury rental property in Bali is spread over a sprawling 677 square meters of lush tropical land. It has a fabulous garden and lawn where you can hang out with your family or friends. On one end of the garden, you will find a sandy stretch where young children can build a sand castle and have fun, while the adults can relax on a lounger, get a tan, and sip a drink.
40 square meters private swimming pool. The sparkling water looks inviting. You can swim anytime you want. There are several pool toys too for the kids. Iluka Villa truly offers something for guests of all ages.
The interior is equally fascinating. The villa has a media room and an entertainment pavilion, where you will find the living room, dining area, and bar area. This room has two sides open, thanks to the ceiling-to-floor glass windows and doors, which provides the feeling of openness. It also has a tall traditional ceiling, which allows natural ventilation. Of course, there is also air-conditioning for your comfort.
The huge sofa provides seating for everyone. The dining table, which is next to the sofa, seats 10 guests. The kitchen and bar area is behind this, in a separate room. It has a second, smaller table with four chairs. The media room has a huge television and a comfy sofa facing it.

The villa has a fantastic location as well. It is very close to the famous Seminyak beach. The Seminyak Square shopping center is less than 400 meters away. You will find many places to eat and drink around the property like the Kasava Resto & Bar, Shanghai Baby, Happy Chappy, Sisterfields, and Revolver Espresso.

9/10The villa was perfectly located . We stayed as a large family and the facilities were great each couple had own room with bathroom. There are items that could be repaired as in the front gate. The staff were beyond excellent, 2 air conditioners stopped working and they were immediately fixed. . As a family we had an amazing holiday at Iluka Villa
10/10All of my siblings and family have enjoyed Illuka Villa as it has large seven bed rooms with nice bath facilities. besides we enjoyed Karoke and had a fun cards game at the hall. breakfast is nice, bar be que was fabulous, Illa and her staff were cooperative, added to this, the Villa is in nice place close to beach and shopping centers. and fully secured and it is clean and tidy. Swimming pool - children liked it. what else one want in a holiday. maintain the same service and up keep of the villa and business will flow automatically.

10/10A group of 10 stayed in the villa to celebrate a 40th birthday! The villa is beautiful, the location is perfect, walking distance to Seminyak but still nice a quiet. The staff were amazing, will definitely be booking another stay in this Villa.
9.6/10We travelled as an extended family group (all adults) to celebrate a significant birthday. The villa was lovely! Spacious, clean and elegant. The pool was temperature controlled I think as it was always nice and cool, not too warm, and it was deep enough to have a proper swim. We had an amazing time and were thoroughly spoilt by the beautiful staff: Iluh Wayan and Rina. Terima kasih banyak! Highly recommended.
9.2/10Villa Iluka was close to everything in Seminyak. We could walk to the market, restaurants, cafe's and general shopping. The Villa offered meals which were some of our Balinese favourites, well presented and extremely good value. There was 13 of us and we had plenty room, be it in the pool and surrounds, the theatre room or main lounge/ dinning area. We would highly recommend this hidden haven.
9.4/10We booked the villa to celebrate my husbands 80th birthday, it was a ideal location to bring our family of 16 together, the managers couldn’t have been more helpful in arranging a celebratory BBQ & a day trip to Ubud creating wonderful memories for our grandchildren. The location is an easy walk to Seminyak village and the beach, highly recommended for that special event. Many thanks iluka for making this so special.

10/10Lovely Villa with stunning pool and garden minutes from Seminyak square. You can drink the tap water which is unique and safe for the kids. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else
