Monolocale is a modern holiday villa with a pool in central Seminyak, which is an extremely popular neighborhood in Bali. It is a small one-bedroom rental property for two guests. Seminyak is laid-back during the day and gets livelier after sunset. There are many beach clubs and nightclubs where you will find nightlong parties. The ambiance can be electric. Stylishly decorated and furnished, you will find every corner of the house to be special. The bedroom is air-conditioned. It has resort-quality features and amenities that will make your stay super comfortable. It is a small house with just one bedroom for two guests. But you will still have your private swimming pool here. There is a complimentary housekeeping service. Special arrangements can be made for occasions like honeymoon or anniversary for the couple.

Monolocale Royal Villa has only one bedroom but it is huge. The king bed can easily sleep two guests. A small child can also sleep with her parents if you are visiting as a family. You may also request an extra cot – there is plenty of space in the room for the cot to be placed. You will also find a large wardrobe, a seating area, and a smart television with Netflix. So, you don’t have to miss your favorite shows when you are away.
A big-sized window occupies one entire wall next to the bed. There are tall trees outside, so you can get views of lush greenery while lying down on your bed. On the other end of this room, you will find a ceiling-to-floor glass panel that slides open to the swimming pool. The ensuite bathroom has modern fittings and a shower area that has its roof open.
The Monolocale Royal Villa in Bali allows guests to enjoy the natural splendors of the island and its warm sunny weather. There are many ways to enjoy the villa outdoors. You can swim in the private swimming pool. It even has a shallow end, which will please guests who are not expert swimmers or simply want to relax in the water.
The farthest end of the pool has a day bed with cushions and a hammock. You can relax here as well. You can swim anytime you want as the pool will be exclusively for you for the duration of your stay. A garden with many trees surrounds the pool area. Tall trees provide shade.
Lobby
Monolocale Royal is a small luxury house with just a bedroom and a private outdoor area with a pool. It doesn’t have an exclusive living/dining space. However, there is a lobby in the common areas – this villa is part of an upscale rental estate that has a few other houses. You will find ample seating spaces here for all the guests. The lobby is decorated with artwork, beautiful chandeliers, and indoor plants. It also has a front desk and the tour desk. Afternoon tea is complimentary.
Public pool
The bathroom has towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, and bathrobes. There is a mini-bar, slippers, and a safe deposit box in the bedroom. You will also find a television and a Bluetooth speaker. An iron and an ironing board can be provided if you want. A strong Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the home, which will help you stay connected. The villa’s staff can make the necessary arrangements for a special event like a birthday or anniversary.
The coastal belt of Seminyak is very close. You can easily walk down to Pantai Batu Belig Beach and Petitenget Beach in only 5 minutes. During your walk, you will see many cafes, restaurants, shops, and massage parlors on both sides. You will also see the Shooters Bali Amusement Park. Seminyak is a popular neighborhood with tourists. But it is not as crowded as Kuta. You will certainly love your holiday here.

10/10The royal villa is amazing and as per photos, nice large pool and outdoor area. Had a good sleep with a good bed, and the room is dark with curtains. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a Smart speaker ‘Alexa’ in the room. Food at the restaurant is ok. There is also a very nice restaurant (St Jacques) next to the property.
