The house is part of a community that has one more villa with two bedrooms. There are advantages of staying in a community because a single villa rental can never offer as many facilities and amenities. During your stay here, you will have housekeepers cleaning the rooms and changing the towels and linen. There is a morning call service if you want. There is a lobby, spa, and even a bar and restaurant.
Staying in this villa for rent is all about luxury and enjoying a tropical lifestyle. The bedroom has a queen bed with a high-quality mattress and extra pillows for comfortable sleeping. There is a large wardrobe with hangers, seating spaces, bedside tables with reading lights, a safety box, a mini refrigerator, and a flat-screen television with satellite channels.
The bed is large enough for 2 or 3 guests, especially a small child. You can rent Villa Maharaja 1 alone or together with the neighboring property if you are traveling as a larger group. The bathroom has a multi-rain shower system and tub. You will get both hot and cold water. Towels, free toiletries, combs, and slippers are provided.
You will fall in love with the property immediately upon arrival. It has a fantastic façade that is a blend of modern and traditional Balinese styles. Your attendant will walk you from here through a green zone to your individual 1-bedroom villa. You will have complete privacy even though there is one other house in the community. That’s because both the houses are enclosed by a tall wall.
The bedroom opens directly to your private swimming pool through a sliding gate. This gate is made of glass, so you are guaranteed outside views even from your bed. You can enjoy the pool’s refreshing water anytime you want. It’s a private pool, so you don’t have to share it with people you don’t know. There is a small garden beside the pool and two pool chairs where you can sunbathe and relax after your swim.
The 100-square-meter villa has a well-planned and aesthetically decorated interior space. Every corner has been decorated carefully but the clear focus is still on convenience and the comfort of the guests. The cozy living area has a comfortable sofa with a ceiling fan. There is air-conditioning as well in the living area and also the bedroom. The dining area has a small table that seats all the guests. There is also a small kitchenette in this Seminyak villa with many appliances. You can prepare your own meals, order food from outside, or eat at the bar and restaurant in the community.

Seminyak is one of the most popular areas in Bali. You will find many beach clubs, restaurants, shops, boutiques, and cafes just a short walk away. Warung Sobat and Bebek Patmoroso are two places you can go to for food and drinks – they are both a couple of minutes walk from this rental villa. Double Six and Pentai are the closest beaches.
