Little Mannao sits alongside the peaceful rice fields of Kerobokan, tucked away on a quiet lane in a calm neighborhood. Fully serviced with a private chef, BBQ nights and a full meal menu, plus board games, pool tennis and a floating bean bag on hand, it's a relaxed, homey retreat built for families and groups who want to have fun together — while still being just a short drive from the trendy cafés, shops, and beach clubs of Seminyak and Canggu, close enough for convenience yet far enough to escape the busy crowds.

Located closest to the living area is Little Mannao's master suite, a warm and inviting space with views out to the swimming pool. A king-size bed sits in the middle of the room, with high-quality linens for a luxurious sleeping experience. Double wardrobes and vanities are located on one end of the room, leading to an enclosed room that houses a sunken bathtub and shower alcove.
Connected to the master suite is a twin room, which can also be set up as an adult's room with one large king. Air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet are also available for guests of this multi-purpose room.
The third and fourth rooms are located in a standalone structure furthest away from the main living pavilion. These rooms are identical in layout, both having a king bed and an extra fold-out sofa-bed which is suitable for 2 children or 1 adult. Each of the rooms can host up to 3 adults and 1 child or 2 adults and 2 children. The rooms have an en-suite bathroom with sink and shower.

Running the length of the villa's garden is a beautiful 11-meter pool, flanked on one side by a row of four sun chairs and on the other by a wall of towering green foliage. The pool begins with shallow steps near the outdoor living room, and gradually gets deeper until the end is met by a thatched-roof gazebo and daybed. Grab the tennis bats or drift on the floating bean bag for some proper poolside fun. The poolside gazebo beckons you to spend your day here alternating between long siestas and getting lost in a good vacation read.
Upon entering the front gate of Little Mannao, you are greeted by wide double doors that lead you into the main pavilion. On the lefthand side is a cozy sofa lounge — with a TV with streaming services and board games on hand for a rainy afternoon or lazy evening. Adjacent to this hangout area is the central dining room table, bordered by eight plush chairs. On the other side of the living pavilion is a fully-equipped kitchen, featuring an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, cooking utensils and cutlery. As you move closer to the pool and garden you will find another sofa lounge, this one open to the outside on three sides and the perfect spot to laze around after a dip in the water. Alfresco dining is a must at Little Mannao, especially with its inviting outdoor dining table adorned with blue-cushioned benches and colourful throw pillows.
A dedicated team of staff is ready to welcome you with heartwarming Balinese hospitality, answering any questions you may have and taking care of special needs and requests. There is personal guest assistance, housekeeping service, garden and pool maintenance and security. Meals are a highlight here too — our resident chef prepares breakfast, lunch and dinner from an à la carte menu (charged per item), including BBQ and a floating breakfast for a special morning. Additional services such as babysitting, in-villa massages or a private chauffeur are available at a surcharge.
Villa Little Mannao is hidden away in a rural area of Kerobokan, surrounded by rice paddies and yet, it takes just minutes to drive to either Seminyak or Canggu. In Seminyak, shop around at fashion boutiques, go wining and dining and gaze at the island's breathtaking sunset while sipping sunset cocktails at La Plancha, KU DE TA or Potato Head — Potato Head's open lawn and kids' menu make it an easy stop with children too.
In the other direction, Canggu is just as close and just as easy with a family — Finns Beach Club has two kid-friendly pools and its own gelato kiosk, and Echo Beach and the iconic Tanah Lot Temple are both a short drive further for a day out.

10/10I had the absolute privilege of celebrating my 30th birthday at Villa Mannao, and it exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, Sofi did an incredible job coordinating every detail and ensuring that both I and my guests were well looked after. No request was ever too big, and everything was handled with such professionalism and care. Ayu, the onsite villa manager, was equally amazing, always available, flexible, and so accommodating with any additional requests. She truly made us feel at home. We had the most unforgettable time at the villa. The staff were consistently helpful and attentive, the food was delicious, the spa treatments were amazing, and the facilities were spotless and beautifully maintained. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to celebrate such a special milestone. Highly recommend!

The property is exactly as depicted in the photos—gorgeous and impeccably maintained. While the secluded nature of the location means the initial approach and drop-off might appear unexpected, the villa itself is a stunning, private retreat. The entire team, led by Ayu, was exceptionally professional and attentive to our every requirement. I hosted twenty guests to celebrate my 55th birthday, and we all had the best time. I would like to specifically highlight the incredible efforts of Ayu and the staff to make the celebration memorable. They arranged beautiful decorations for my master suite, including the bathtub and bedroom, as well as the Olympic-size pool. The birthday dinner in front of the rice fields, complete with balloon decorations, was a stunning touch. 9.6/10There are not enough superlatives to describe how gorgeous this villa was and my overall experience. I went to Bali for my 40th birthday with family from different countries. The Villa Finder team was phenomenal from the start. I have never been so well looked after by such a service. Thomas and Sofi were extremely helpful from finding the right villa,in the perfect location for my group which had an age range of 10 - 70. They facilitated all my requests to enhance my guest experiences and were always available for my questions. Nothing was ever too much, it was a 5 star experience.
9/10The location, ambience and the staff were top notch. It provided us exclusivity to celebrate my wife's 50th with friends and family from overseas and Australia with a personalised experience. The rooms, pool and the onsite staff were excellent and catered to our needs in a prompt manner. The other thing that stood out was the rice fields that surrounded the villas gave a serene touch and background. Overall, totally recommend for a large group function and where you require a bit of space. Thank you for a great experience.

10/10I stayed in Little Mannao with my husband and my elderly parents for a week and it's such a quiet, serene haven for a family holiday in Bali. Ayu and the team made sure we were looked after and well fed, the food they prepared is delicious! The location is easy to pop into Seminyak for lunch or dinner, but quiet enough that you're away from all the chaos. Anything that we needed was easily sorted, for example drivers, extra mosquito coils, massages, and even an in-villa mani pedi!

9.8/10I booked this villa along with the other Villa Mannao next door for my company’s first-ever retreat. This side feels like a little, quiet oasis - I used the rooms here for the small families with 3mth and 1 year old kids, which is a great option given that the main big Villa Mannao will have some of us blasting a little music and drinking sessions. Every room is very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Living room is a comfortable space and has everything you need in a vacation :) The staff was fantastic, both in villa-finder (shoutout to Thomas and Sofi, who were my superheroes!) and in the Mannao Estate. Big hugs to Ayu, the villa butler, who was an incredible support throughout our stay. The villa can be a little tricky to find if you’re using ride-hailing apps, as the small lane can be overlooked. It’s just a small inconvenience that can get better the longer you stay, of course. It might be better to place a few signs along a few routes to get to the respective villas around the same area. Overall it was a wonderful experience. I hope to have the chance to stay here again, or somewhere else similar under villa finder :)
