Hidden away in between the stunning rolling rice terraces of Canggu, awaits a paradise called The Uma Villa. This hidden gem instantly steals the heart of anyone who may enter the compound. Beautiful, spacious, tropical and yet modern, surrounded by the typical landscape of Bali. A huge sunny garden with a private pool, a large airy open-plan living and dining room and 3 comfy bedrooms, perfect for one large or two smaller families or a group of friends wanting to stay together in a gorgeous private villa, near the beach of rural Canggu.
Bedroom 1 is ruled by chic gray colors, it is fully air-conditioned and fitted with a queen-size double bed. A dressing area with generous-size wardrobe closets is found behind the bed and it has a private en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 is a cozy, restful place with a warm ambiance, fitted with a queen-size double bed and two bedside lamps for reading. The room is air-conditioned and it is adjoined by a private en-suite.
Bedroom 3 features twin beds which can be pushed together to make one large king-size bed. It is fully air-conditioned, there is a clothes-hanging rack and a private en-suite.

The estate sits on a 1000m2 of tropical land and the garden is huge and absolutely wonderful, blending in with the surrounding rice paddies. In the heart of the sunny garden sparkles the inviting 12 x 4 swimming pool flanked by a stone sundeck with 4 reclining chairs and a large white sun umbrella, suiting booth those wanting to sunbathe and those wanting to read a book or snooze a little in the shade. Kids can happily splash around in the shallow wading area of the pool, while parents keep an eye on them while working on their holiday tan. The poolside balé makes a great spot to indulge a traditional Balinese massage. Breakfast is best enjoyed in the open-air at the alfresco dining area by the poolside. Just wonderful!
The Uma Villa features a large, airy open-plan living room from with magnificent views of the rice paddies. On one side, there is a comfy well-appointed sitting corner with 2 sofas and 2 armchairs surrounding a coffee table. The perfect spot to sit back and enjoy the view, curl up with something to read from the book library or get comfortable to watch a movie on the satellite television. On the other side, guests can enjoy a meal all together at the handsome timber dining table. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with everything needed in your home away from home. On the first floor of the pavilion, guests will find another lounge room, ideal for sunset drinks while gazing at spectacular show of nature when the sun gives a warming orange glow to the rice paddies of Canggu and all of its surroundings.
Villa Uma is fully staffed with a welcoming team of staff. There is personal guest assistance, housekeeping and night security.
Villa Uma is tucked away on a quiet lane, surrounded by rice paddies, just off the main road in Canggu. A short drive will bring you to Canggu’s famous surf haven Echo Beach or to the more quieter black-sand beaches around. Great places to watch Bali’s magnificent sunset, go swimming (be wary of the current) and surfing or horse riding. Villa Uma is also close to Tanah Lot, one of Bali’s most photographed temples and it takes around 20 minutes to drive to the center of sophisticated Seminyak.
9.8/10Wow!! After what felt like a city stay we moved to a true Bali experience. Out in the rice paddies and away from the hustle bustle! The Villa had everything we desired. Space, beautiful pool, friendly and attentive staff, comfy beds and a tranquil atmosphere. A little way out but easy access to transport arranged by the staff so no hassle to get to where we wanted to go. Thank you so much for making our holiday so easy

9.6/10Clean and spacious Villa. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Only downfall, I was provided one set of main keys, which meant we had to coordinate arrival time if we wanted to separate for a few hours. Maybe there were 2 sets of keys but I was never told. Other than that would highly recommend

7.4/10The Uma Villa was a fabulous place to stay with our family (2.5 yr old and 10 month old kids). Fantastic spot for kids - great pool and lawn to play on, big covered terrace for when it’s too hot to be in the sun. Fantastic staff who were very accommodating of our littles and cooked delicious fresh meals. We loved every minute of it. Nice to be far away enough from the action to feel secluded and able to relax, but close enough to jump in a 5 minute cab to Canggu or 25 minute to semanyak. It was a truley fantatic experience, we will be back!!
10/10The staff very friendly, considerate, and helpful, lovely breakfast! We will all find it hard to leave as we have really enjoyed our stay. Could get used to being waited on.
