The master bedroom is located right beside the swimming pool, and gives you direct access to the pool via glass doors. The king-sized bed is complimented by wall art, accentuating the quality of the room. The bedside tables had lamps to keep the room illuminated, and the en-suite bathroom has a shower area.
The two bedrooms at Villa Sinta are located on the upper-floor of the villa and both offer access to a private balcony that overlooks the property and some neighbouring areas in Seminyak. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a queen-sized bed and the other one has twin-beds. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and has an en-suite bathroom as well.

The L-shaped swimming pool bends around the main living pavilion of Villa Sinta, and it is bordered by tropical plants and flowers to add to the exotic ambience. The inviting space will instantly perk up your mood, with its cool, sparkling water and the accompanying sun loungers beside the pool. Rest up on the loungers while you bask in the Balinese sun and soak up some TLC in your personal oasis. Under the shade of the large umbrella, you can feel all your tension seeping away as you lounge on the chairs. On one corner of the garden, you will find a thatched-roof, traditional Bale with a comfy daybed, ideal for afternoon naps or just regular lazing around.
The open-sided living area opens out directly to the pool through glass doors that ensure the rooms remains brightly lit during the daytime. The living area is well-furnished with a comfortable sitting area housing cosy and plush sofas all sat facing a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The air-conditioned room is the best place to retire to at the end of a long day, when you can take your time to stretch your legs out on the couch and catch some movies! Just beside the sitting area is the modern kitchen, fitted with the best amenities and equipped with all appliances for your comforts. The 8-seater dining table is right beside the staircase that leads to the bedrooms upstairs. The living and dining area is decorated with a modern and muted style keeping in line with the prevalent tropical vibe of the entire villa.
From the airport pick-up to the day you check-out of the villa, the staff will make sure to look after you well and keep you happy. There is 24-hour security, so you can rest without a moment’s hesitation. Regular maintenance of the villa is performed along with housekeeping to keep the place clean all the time.
Villa Sinta is surrounded by amazing restaurants and bars in Seminyak such as Made’s Warung, KZU, Santa Fe just to name a few. Gado Gado beach is not far from the premises, and after a day of playing on the beach, guests can chill at La Plancha beach club and perhaps grab some drinks with friends and family. Oberoi’s renowned ‘eat-street’ is a must visit spot, offering the best restaurants, bars, cafés and high-end shopping.
9.6/10Villa Sinta is a breathtaking Villa in an ideal location, with low noise, which is central to everywhere to eat and drink in Seminyak. The pool was beautiful and always at the perfect temperature and the bedrooms were lovely. Agus and Dewa were the perfect hosts, we had them over for dinner one night, which they cooked to perfection. Villa Sinta is in a good range of some nice bars and restaurants, if you prefer the nightlife then Mixwell and F Bar are in close proximity. All in all, our stay with our family was excellent, thank you so much for such a relaxing time!
10/10From the transport service with Mardy and his extremely comfortable SUV to the open arms by our hosts Dewa and Agus. They're cooking and cocktails where perfect. The Villa itself feels like home the second you walk through he front door. The luxurious bedrooms and outdoor area where extremely comfortable and clean. Truly a unique experience and a great way to spend your time in Bali. I've made friends for life here with Mardy, Dewa and Agus. Sad to say goodbye to all of them.
10/10Currently staying at this villa and It truly is amazing. All the extra touches you don't always find in the villas like Aus power boards, phone chargers, insect repellents, toys for the Little ones and pool fence complementary if required and more. The air con works extremely well both upstairs and down and the villa is fully encloseable. Well located as you can walk to shops, beach and restaurants whilst being located in a security complex that is extremely quiet. The villa is kept immaculate by superstar staff Dewa & Agus. They will cook breakfast, do the shopping, make cocktails for you by the pool organise anything you could need or want. They truly make the stay relaxing and enjoyable. They also make these incredible towel designs daily that the kids loved coming home to see. We've stayed at numerous over the years but this by far will be our "go to" from here on in. Thanks Dewa, Agus and Tamara, we are loving our holiday at Sinta Villa.
10/10Sinta Villa is in the heart of Seminyak, walking distance to the beach and the most amazing eateries, supermarkets, atm's and pharmacies. The Villa has all your after, several showering and toilet facilities, spacious living/kitchen area with Cable TV/DVD, Gazebo and a pool with sunbeds...yes you heard right, this place is discreet....no noise, put your feet up and relax, massages all day every day! The staff are amazing, extremely friendly and at your command...they are happy to do your grocery shopping and cook for you - we had some unforgettable in house meals... breakfasts/lunches that i am licking my lips just talking about :)) I would highly recommend Sinta Villa for your next Bali stay, you won't be dissapointed, that's a promise!
