Villa Kadek is a stunning villa located in in the heart of Seminyak, making it extremely convenient for guests to explore the restaurants and nightlife that Bali has to offer. This stylish brand new 5 bedroom villa offers a combination of modern style and traditional architecture and can accommodate up to 10 guests making it the perfect holiday stay for families or group of friends.

The five bedrooms are evenly distributed between the main two-storey pavilion facing the pool and just across it a separate pavilion. All bedrooms are individually decorated in a fusion of traditional and modern designs. Each of the rooms boast four poster beds with curtains, pristine white sheets, writing desk with chairs and custom-made walk-in wardrobes. The semi-outdoor en-suite bathrooms of the two bedrooms located in the separate pavilion have double basins and large walk-in showers. The bedroom situated next to the living room of the main pavilion has its own private terrace to relax in front of the pool. The staircase leading to the second floor opens onto a corridor that serves as bridge to access the two other bedrooms. The two comfy daybeds on this bridge are perfect for unwinding with a book or getting rocked to sleep by the heavenly breeze. The timbered floored upstairs bedrooms have open shower on a private rooftop terrace with stunning views on the rice fields and sunrise.

The sparkling 18 meter swimming pool is at the center of the villa and surrounded by a tropical garden. Complete with terrace and balinese umbrellas inside the water, it also includes single and double sun beds and a traditional bale for a shaded siesta or an in-house massage.
This luxury villa features an open-concept living and dining area for 12 people, allowing guests to enjoy the natural breeze while taking in the view of the swimming pool and surrounding tropical garden. Tastefully decorated with comfortable rattan sofas and French armchairs where guests can lounge together while watching a movie from the flat screen TV equiped with DVD player or listen to their favorite tunes while enjoying some wine from the wine chiller in the fully equipped kitchen.
The professional staff will welcome you with warm Balinese hospitality and are available from 7am till 9pm to make your stay even more perfect.
If required, the three villas (Iluh, Kadek, Nyoman) can be rented at the same time to provide guests with a sixteen-bedroom renting option, making Abaca suitable for everyone from couples to families or larger groups, weddings and events.
The villa is nestled in a quiet lane in the heart of Seminyak within walking distance of high end dining venues such as Metis and Sardine. Seminyak’s trendy shops and famous beach clubs such as Potato Head and KuDeTa are just a short drive away. And if you want to spend the day at the beach, then Batubelig beach or Petitenget beach are just 10 minutes by car.
10/10The Villa is absolutely beautiful. It has everything you could possibly need and the staff are wonderful. The location is great, lots of amazing restaurants within walking distance and an excellent coffee shop and bakery right next door. It is so peaceful and relaxing here and the Villa team are there to help with anything you need. I would definitely recommend this Villa to friends and family.
9.4/10Stayed for 2 nights with my colleagues and their families and we rented out the whole villa compound. Our experience at Abaca Villas was nothing short of amazing! My room was in the Villa Kadek, and we had a great view of the pool and the living room area opposite. Staff were very thoughtful in setting up mosquito burning coils around the villa. Breakfast was American style and delicious. We also booked massage service with the villa and the masseurs would come over to our room for the private massage. Overall, I was very impressed with the good service and beautiful villas. Would definitely come back!
10/10We took all 3 villas - Nyoman, Kadek, and Iluh as part of the whole Abaca Villa. Used this as our main villa for the company retreat and events. The place was spotless, fantastic support and service from the in house staff team, great meals prepared by the chefs. Awesome overall, would give 10 stars if I could.
9.8/10We had a fabulous time in Villa Kadek, all the staff was amazing! Very helpful and always there to serve us. They made our stay so special. The villa is very comfortable and beautiful with a peaceful surrounding. The location of the villa is awesome as it has a number of restaurants only few steps away like Metis & Sarong( my favourite) I would love to go back with my family this time and occupy all three villas!
9.2/10The rooms were big and comfortable. Living areas also comfortable to accommodate our large group. We only had breakfast at the villa, but was satisfied with the variety and service. We only wish that the fruit basket was replenished daily. Restaurants and shops were in close walking distance. Sardine Restaurant and bakeries in close walking distance. Trendy shops Sunset Road and shops at Jalan Raya Seminyak not far from the villa. Overall a very good experience at the villa.
10/10The staffs were warm and helpful, breakfasts great! Created very relaxed atmosphere, services very good and everything so wonderful. but some pillows were too large over all is perfect. We need TV in all bedrooms. Thank you so much for you kind services.
