This brand-new luxury home for 10 guests has a super location as well. It is located in the heart of Seminyak, which is one of the most popular neighborhoods with tourists. You will be able to walk down to the Pantai Sarinande Beach in only 5 minutes or less. Several other scenic beaches are also close. The lanes and streets are lined with massage centers, cafes, and restaurants. And yet, inside the villa, it is a world of peace and serenity. You can easily spend a week or more here with your group.

This is a large house for 10 guests. There are 5 bedrooms with four having double beds and the fifth with twins. One bedroom has a sofa bed, which can sleep two additional guests. So, A Casa Di Renucci has a maximum capacity of 12 but an additional fee will be charged for the extra guests.
All bedrooms have a beautiful white décor that matches the overall color theme of the house. The beds have high-quality mattresses, extra pillows, plush linen, and mosquito nets. There are wardrobes, sofas or armchairs, and Balinese sculptures decorating the space. The ground-floor bedrooms open to the pool and garden, while the ones on the upper level open to a long balcony with views. The ensuite bathrooms have his/her sinks with modern faucets and showers.
This luxury home has a palatial tropical garden manicured to perfection that surrounds a vast sparkling swimming pool. The pool and its surrounding garden and lawn will be exclusively for you and your family. You will have complete privacy. Splash around and enjoy or wade through the water gently. Relax on the poolside and absorb Bali’s warm sun. A couple of loungers are placed on the poolside’s timber deck.
The various pavilions are all arranged around this pool, each opening to this space. Garden footpaths lead through the lawn taking you to the various pavilions.
Inside, it is a sleek and sophisticated creation. Villa A Casa Di Renucci provides all the mod cons you need for a luxurious stay. The fully-equipped kitchen is the hub for bonding and culinary escapes. Guests can gather around the kitchen island or dining table for wonderful meals and engaging moments.
The living/dining space is in a different pavilion away from the bedrooms. There are comfortable sofas, armchairs, traditional coffee tables, a swing, and an 8-sitter dining table with chairs and two benches. The dining area faces a smaller lawn that is away from the pool area. Please note that the living/dining area is semi-open and thus, there is no air conditioning in this area. But the entire area is covered by ceiling fans.
All the bedrooms in the house are air-conditioned and come with safety boxes. In the kitchen, you will find an oven, microwave, kettle, and toaster. Pots, pans, salt, pepper, cups, plates, bowls, and chopsticks are provided. Villa A Casa Di Renucci is a fully-staffed property. The housekeeping team will work daily. Towels and bed linen will be changed two times a week. There is also a butler for your convenience. A small to medium car can be parked within the premises.
You can easily walk down to the Pentai Seminyak Beach. There are many cafes, bars, and restaurants in the area like Ku De Ta, La Plancha, and Chez Gado Gado.
10/10The present journey started with a smooth booking process, and prompt follow-up from local staff thrugh WA wrt enquiries. The villa staffs are friendly and the asset is well-maintained and clean. Bathroom & pool towels were changed daily. The location is excellent with no issue with cars coming right in front of the yard.
10/10Villa was great and In a good location in Seminyak. We stayed with 5 single people and it was great to have our own space and independence with seperate keys etc. and a great living space and pool to hang out together. Communication was great and airport transfers were seamless. The location is a little off the beaten track, down some laneways but still only about 10 mins walk from Ku De Ta. Maybe a little out of the way if you’re wanting to be right on the main drag, but great if you’re wanting to be in central Seminyak, but still have some quiet

10/10The villas were charming, spacious and clean. Exactly what we'd been hoping for. the living areas and swimming pool was our favorite spot for us to hang out together. The food was excellent and varied. And most of all, the team was proactive and welcoming. Would recommend this villa to anyone visiting Seminyak and wishes to be close to the beach and best restaurant and beach club on the island!
