With its ultra-sleek architecture and designed spaces, guests will be astounded by this private utopia that promises understated opulence and complete privacy. This 3-bedroom property for 6 guests is spread over 2 connecting buildings that surround the pool area, one of the several luxurious facilities which are at guests’ disposal, including a fully-functional bar and a table tennis area. The indoors oozes a sense of warmth with its use of natural wood as a main material against the juxtaposition of contemporary concrete with clean lines. Its equally strategic location allows guests to wander conveniently to nearby sightseeing spots despite its luxury setting that is cocooned away from the world.

Check out the 3 bedrooms for 6 guests which are all designed to face the pool area and lovely garden. Guests will certainly appreciate the ensuite bathrooms that come with its 2 bedrooms while the other room has a dedicated bathroom just outside. The rooms are cosy and comfortable with the use of wood wall panelling and flooring, and equipped with large floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors and also other window openings that allow for abundance of sunlight and breeze to stream in.

Amidst its uber-stylish and contemporary building architecture, the outdoors features a 8-metre swimming pool as its main highlight, affording guests a full view of the surrounding garden. The pool is in fact also straddled between the 2 connecting buildings, and guests can take their seat on the cosy lounge chairs strewn around the pool deck or relax on the spacious and romantic rooftop terrace. There is also an area for a game of table tennis or two, should guests want to have a go at swinging their bat.
The enclosed and well-appointed indoors are graceful and warm incorporating an abundant use of wood, such as the living hall that is equipped with a flat-screen smart television and air-conditioning. The indoor dining space seats all 6 guests comfortably while there is an elegantly-stocked cocktail and wine bar that faces the swimming pool outdoors, which guests can surely sip sundowner cocktails and luxuriate in the rest of their evening. The fully-equipped kitchen is fitted with the whole range of amenities including not 1 but 3 refrigerators, a microwave, a blender, a rice cooker, dishwasher, oven and wine chiller, among others.
Guests staying at Villa Tana Takah can be assured of the hygiene and cleanliness in which deep cleansing and sanitising of the villa’s spaces and common areas is performed prior to their check-in. Guests will also be offered hand sanitizers and face masks for their own safety. The villa’s rates are already inclusive of welcome drinks, complimentary afternoon tea and coffee, as well as complimentary WiFi throughout. The team of staff will also be present to attend to guests’ needs and conduct daily housekeeping service, and for any other request such as hiring a private chef or a car rental driver that are chargeable at additional costs, guests can feel free to check with the staff.
Villa Home is located within a 5 - 7 minute driving distance to Pererenan Beach and about approximately similar distance to Echo Beach, which will certainly delight guests who are beach enthusiasts. It is also close enough to a variety of trendy and popular cafes for dining out and entertainment options.

10/10Checked in during noon time, we were welcomed with a welcome drink and towels (excellent bar standard mocktails). We briefly toured around the villa with the friendly staff. I am amazed that the villa not only possessed a great architectural design but also a great finishing touch in every aspect of the corner. Beach is only about 200 meters away from the villa, so I couldn't asked for more, it was perfect. The staff were all very friendly and helpful during our stay, obviously, they are one of the reasons I would come back to stay at the villa.
