If you’re big into surfing, Seseh Beach is a less crowded spot to catch some barreling waves. However, do be careful if you intend on swimming, as the beaches in Seseh can be rocky with unpredictable currents. If you’re travelling with little ones, it’s best to make use of the infinity pools in your villa which are just as lovely (and way more safe).
If you drive further north along the coast towards Tabanan, you will reach the iconic Tanah Lot Temple. This is one of Bali's holiest sights, and the sunset views here are absolutely magical. It’s definitely a must-see!
There are also a few warungs lined up at Seseh Beach Road (Jalan Pantai Seseh) if you want a taste of authentic Balinese cooking. And if you’re in the mood to dine out, you’ll find more restaurants and cafés in Canggu which is around a 15-minute drive away. And in about 40 minutes, depending on traffic conditions (which are notoriously unpredictable), you can reach the culinary mecca of Seminyak. Just make sure you allot enough time for travel.
