Swarna Villa is an iconic rental property in Seminyak, Bali. It is an easy walk from the popular beach, many cafes, restaurants, shops, and the famous Potato Head Beach Club. This is a 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom holiday villa for 10 guests. It is in a popular neighborhood where you will find many attractions all around but the house ambiance is still serene. Once you are inside, you will find it to be a haven of tranquility and peace. Greenery surrounds this luxury property. You will find tall trees, a well-maintained lawn, and an outdoor swimming pool. The green cover provides a much-needed respite for those who want a stress-free and relaxed vacation.
The villa is fully staffed, so you will be well looked after during your stay here. There is a personal guest assistant, a team of housekeepers, security personnel, and a gardener. Cooks are available to prepare and serve meals at the villa at an extra charge. Of course, you can also cook yourself in the well-equipped kitchen. Villa Swarna also has a bar counter and a barbecue.
The villa has five beautiful bedrooms spread over two pavilions. Four of them have queen beds, while the fifth has a twin. Three are on the ground floor, providing direct access to the garden courtyard. The master suite and a second bedroom are on the top floor. They both have traditional Balinese thatched roofs and have lovely balconies with a seating area. You can have your morning coffee and afternoon tea here, enjoying the relaxed calmness.
You will find luxury-resort-style amenities in all of them. Neutral white and earthy tones make the spaces very serene and tranquil. Four bedrooms are ensuite. There are towels, toiletries, and hair dryers. You will find either rainwater showers or bathtubs.

The outdoor space is fantastic. There is a manicured lawn between the two pavilions with a garden footpath connecting them. The terrace has an alluring private swimming pool, which is a central attraction for many guests. You can dive into the pool anytime you want or relax on a poolside lounger on the terrace. Everything is just for you and your family. The kids can run around on the lawn and have fun. Villa Swarna is completely enclosed and there is security too, so there is nothing to worry about.
While exploring the outdoor area, turn around the corner from the main courtyard, and you will suddenly find a beautiful outdoor dining area. It is completely enclosed by greenery. The rustic wooden table seats six guests.
The façade of this luxury property is inspired by colonial architecture. The interior is a modern marvel, packed with contemporary luxuries. The living room is in white but natural wood colors in different shades provide a nice contrast. It has a comfortable sofa facing a large-screen television. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls allow the room to integrate with the garden outside.
The dining room and kitchen are paired together for convenience. This is the formal dining space. In the modern kitchen, you will find everything to cook a meal. There is a common bathroom too in this section of the villa. The house has a second living room next to the pool. It is smaller and more intimate.
The attentive team at Villa Swarna will make your stay super comfortable. The bedrooms have safety boxes. For small children, there are baby cots. You will also find a fire extinguisher, a first-aid kit, and a backup generator. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. A welcome drink will be served when you arrive. For a charge, you can ask for a masseuse, nanny/babysitter, and airport transfer.
Villa Swarna has a super location in Bali for guests who want both nature and convenience. The popular Seminyak Beach is only a 5-minute walk away. You can also visit Double Six Beach and Legian Beach easily. For food and drinks, you can go to Starbucks, The Orchard Bar, Made’s Warung, and Kingsway Bali – they are all very close.
10/10Villa Swarna was an amazing stay! Highlight of our trip were the amazing staff that attended to us all day each day, they were happy to assist you with anything you needed. Breakfast was great and many options to choose from. Great location, close by to many shops, spas and restaurants and can walk to the beach. Concierge team we great and supported us through the whole process from beginning to end. Highly recommend and would definitely book with them again in the future.

Very helpful and attentive when we wanted to some help and advice for bookings etc. Villa Swarna is a beautiful villa, well kept and well appointed. All rooms were large, clean and had their own bathrooms! The open plan lounge/dining and kitchen area was well styled, was cleaned routinely and large for the 9 of us. Air conditioning throughout! The staff at the villa were amazing, Agung was brilliant, breakfast every morning was brilliant. The team was very accomodating and helpful, and were constantly cleaning or tidying things up. We organised an additional dinner in house, banquet style, plenty of well cooked, great tasting food. Highly recommend a nice meal in house at least one night. Whilst Seminyak is crazy busy, just 5mins walk from a major inspection and Villa Swarna is super quiet and peaceful. Ideal location to walk almost everywhere. Would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Villa Swarna again.
10/10Villa Swarna was a fantastic place to stay, plenty of room for the 10 of us, each room has a nice ensuite, pool was very clean and nice temperature, the staff were great and looked after us so well, would definitely stay here again. Very good location for going shopping, coffee and restaurants.
