Stay in a beautiful retreat designed for relaxation and rejuvenation at Villa Anam Loft 4, located in the emerging neighbourhood of Pererenan. This two-bedroom rental property is part of an elegant complex featuring two four-bedroom villas and four two-bedroom lofts, which can be rented individually or together depending on your group size.
Villa Anam Loft 4 offers a private swimming pool, a well-equipped kitchen, a lush garden, and a spacious living and dining area. The rooms are airy and tastefully decorated, creating a comfortable space to unwind and enjoy your time in Bali. As part of a villa community, the property is situated close to other residences within the estate.
Anam Loft 4 has 2 bedrooms, both on the upper floor, providing the perfect respite for the times when you want to go to sleep away from the common areas. They both have large king beds with high-quality mattresses, which will help you fall asleep quickly. The bedrooms have large wardrobe spaces, televisions, seating areas, dressing areas, and bedside reading lamps, so you can gently fall asleep while reading a book.
Additionally, the master suite has a private balcony with a sofa, chairs, and a table. This room also has a work desk. Its ensuite bathroom has a bathtub. The second bathroom has a shower.
The villa’s outdoor area is designed for relaxation. The greenery of the countryside around this holiday estate merges with the tall trees and plants you will find within. Head to the balcony first thing in the morning! You can have your morning cup of coffee here while enjoying the views. Go to the pool terrace a little later in the day.
The 12-meter private swimming pool with its emerald water looks very inviting. You can swim anytime you want. There are lights around the water, so you can swim even after sunset. Imagine how relaxing it would be to go for a swim after a long day of visiting various places in Bali. The pool even has a shallow end for young family members.
The inside of Anam Loft 4 is so luxurious that you will be in a real dilemma whether to spend more time relaxing within or in the villa’s outside area. A wide glass door leads from the pool terrace to the open-plan living/dining space. The room is decorated with modern furniture and objects of art that have been handpicked by the villa owner. Local materials have been used with a mix of grey stone, sirat, and old recycled teak wood.
A deep-cushioned sofa with colorful cushions provides seating comfort. Steps away, you will find a four-sitter dining table. The kitchenette has everything you will need to cook a meal. All you have to do is just buy the groceries. You can purchase it yourself or ask the caretaker to help you.
Anam Loft 4 is a luxury property where you will find everything. The kitchen has a microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, hob, and kettle. Even the smallest details have been taken care of. For example, wine glasses are provided. Shampoos and towels are there in the bathrooms. The bedrooms have locks. There are safety boxes too. The housekeeping team will clean the premises, and change the towels and linen.
Pererenan has a low-key beach in Bali. It is only 500 meters from your villa. It is very close to the famous Echo Beach but the area still provides Balinese rural feeling. You will only find a few local vendors selling cold beer. However, in recent times, several cafes and restaurants have come up around the beach. For more options, visit Seminyak and central Canggu – they are both close.
10/10Beautiful place! 10/10 worth every penny! We were 2 people and had plenty of space! Will definitely be staying again. Pretty local to majority of the shops cafes etc. Hop on a Gojek or Grab to get around for a very low cost! We loved Bali!!
10/10This was a great place to stay. Clean peaceful and very safe. I will definitely be using when I return. Great spot had many restaurants walking distance and only 10 minute walk to the surf beach and beach lounge. I highly recommend this place.

10/10Great location , yet villa was quiet and peaceful , not affected by noise from busy traffic . Walkable to many good restaurants nearby , for bf , lunch n dinner . Efficient daily room cleaning services . Clean and pristine! However the spiral staircase was not convenient for us to lug up our suitcases upstairs . This might be a consideration for families with very young kids or seniors. But it was a minor inconvenience , we just used the large space downstairs for our main suitcases . It was still nonetheless a lovely villa . Would come back again .
10/10We very much enjoyed our stay, the property has a lot of infrastructure near by (even walking distance sometimes, which is not typical for Bali). Looking forward to next time!
10/10An excellent location, close to many cafes (Honey, Roots, Shelter, 7AM Club on minutes away by foot). Near to the main road, but very quiet and private. The servicing of the room each day, with cleaning inside and out, pool service every few days and changes of linen and towels was a great service in a villa environment. The villa itself is in very good shape, with furniture and the villa itself well maintained and just like it's shown in the pictures.
10/10We loved every bit of our stay. The villa is super aesthetic and is located in a great position close to restaurants. It is also a short walk to the beach. The villa is very spacious and was clean. We loved the pool area. The staff that checked us in were also very friendly. We will definitely stay again.
10/10Beautiful place, feels like home quickly. Everything like described and quick and easy chat with staff. Area is a bit busy with some construction going on, but this is like everywhere around and not bothering. Wonderful time - I would come again!
