10/10Perfect villa!! The villa is even better and nicer in real life than in the pictures! The location is central and close to the Bingin Bach! We loved our stay at Villa Kia Ora , it was very relaxing. The pool is wonderful, the beds are very comfortable, the rooms are very spacious, the a/c is powerful all around and the space is clean and minimalist. The team were always available to support requests. From motorcycle hire (drop off and pick up service) to car hire with driver including airport transfers and laundry. The cleaning staff were friendly, flexible and helpful also.
10/10The villa was perfect for four adults, with wonderfully spacious bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The living areas, both downstairs and in the yard as shown in the pictures, were cozy and functional. The location is peaceful, but there are plenty of services nearby that are easily accessible on foot, by scooter (which the staff arranged smoothly), or via Grab. It had a really nice village-like atmosphere – breakfast spots, yoga, spa services, padel, etc. Getting to the beach requires a scooter and is a good workout, as there are steep and numerous stairs to go down and back up again – but it’s worth it. Communication with the team was excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay in the safe and modern villa.
10/10The accommodation is really great. There’s nothing to complain about. It’s cleaned every day – everything was always in top condition. The staff is extremely friendly. Yogi and his colleague are absolutely accommodating. They also take care of other things like shuttle service or scooters. The cleaning schedule is conveniently arranged daily via WhatsApp. The house and pool are very private. There were two of us, so each had their own bathroom. But the apartment is easily spacious enough for four people. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the city, or just a few minutes by Grab or scooter. Parking is available right in front of the accommodation.
9.8/10The stay was wonderful! Lovely pool. Nice beds. Good bathrooms. It was very comfortable. Also very nice to have a kitchen. Cleaning is done every day. The restaurants are in walking distance. You can also rent a scooter so you can be faster anywhere.
10/10Great place, no construction around which was great. Staff were helpful and sun all day long in the garden. Will definitely come back.
