10/10The villa, though a bit far, was beautiful & well taken care of. The facilities were great & we really enjoyed using them. The villa manager wasn't around when we arrived (we had a couple of questions to ask him) but the villa staff was very helpful & made sure that we spent a great time. We were also kindly offered a welcome dinner on the day of our arrival but since we were very hungry we asked the staff if we could have a welcome lunch instead and they started preparing everything right away, which was very nice of them! The villa is perfect for a group of friends of up to 10 people, but for a family with young kids it might not be suitable as the villas has many different 'levels' and the river / jungle is right behind / below and can be dangerous for children. We had an amazing time and would go back to villa Jewel without hesitation.
9.6/10Villa Jewel is the most beautiful oasis! The staff are so helpful, knowledgable and caring! The rooms have everything for a luxurious escape! We will certainly return next year!
