Primo Bali is a small-scale producer of organic, single-origin chocolate. The Italian founder of Primo Bali works closely together with local cacao farmers in the highlands of central Bali and he is happy to take visitors on a tour to the farms and to his chocolate factory in Kerobokan. The farmers still use traditional, sustainable farming methods and the cocoa beans are roasted on sweet and slow low fire for the most delicate, finest taste.
