Villa Akara 1

I travel to Bali often and have stayed in several different villas over the years. However, Akara Villas remains consistently a frontrunner. Firstly, the location is excellent. It is literally right next to Potatohead, Biku's and all the great boutiques. This is ideal if you're ever in Bali during peak season as traffic can be a problem, so it's good to stay in a central location. Akara has several different villas varying in sizes. I have stayed in their two-bedroom and three-bedroom villas. All have been consistent in terms of cleanliness, ambience and aesthetic appeal. I have always been a big fan of their huge private pools..! Kitchens are also stocked with everything you need from nespresso machines to pots and pans. Service has also been great. They have an extremely efficient butler service which has helped me book reservations and sort out tours. It is also easy to communicate with them. Another thing I would emphasis is how quiet it is, despite its central location. I will definitely be back again...!

Amazing, spacious villas - attentive and most helpful staff. The villas are conveniently located close to many nice restaurants, bars and the beach. I really enjoyed my stay and would go there again!!

Absolutely LOVED our stay at Akara. The most amazing three nights we had in Bali - the villas are STUNNING, completely exceeded our expectations and had us feeling at home the moment we walked in. The beautiful staff were so kind and attentive - including offering us a free shuttle around Seminyak and driving us out to Canguu for a day trip. (We love you Putra!) The location is perfect, right next to W and Potato Head (although you wouldn't know it as the villas themselves are so secluded) and walking distance to some of the best shops and restaurants (including Sisterfields and Ginger Moon). We were so sad leaving and cannot wait to come back. Thank you so much Akara family x
