El Layar es un hotel boutique de Seminyak, a sólo unos minutos de la playa de Petitenget. Alberga 23 exquisitas villas que han sido diseñadas y estructuradas a partir de barcos de pesca tradicionales, también conocidos como layar, que tienen aparejos similares a los que se ven en los tejados cónicos e inclinados de las villas. La Villa 3 es una villa de tres dormitorios con su propio jardín y piscina y es una de las muchas villas de tres dormitorios de la finca. El Layar es un hogar tropical por excelencia donde podrá experimentar la vida en el regazo del lujo en medio de un entorno natural.
La Villa 3 cuenta con tres dormitorios, cada uno de ellos privado, para que pueda retirarse fácilmente a su santuario interior cuando desee más intimidad, un lugar para descansar sin molestias y holgazanear en sus camas de tamaño king. Las habitaciones están bellamente diseñadas con una decoración sencilla que incluye obras de arte que adornan las paredes, intrigantes antigüedades y combinaciones de colores terrosos y ricos.
Cada habitación dispone de modernas comodidades, como aire acondicionado, televisión de pantalla plana para ver películas sin parar, etc. Los cuartos de baño son igualmente lujosos, con bañeras hundidas, exuberantes vitrinas tropicales y tocadores dobles. Cada dormitorio está unido a una zona exterior, como una terraza o un acceso al jardín.

The landscaped gardens at each of the three-bedroom villas allows guests to truly spend time in nature's abode. The flush tropical plants, blooming flowers, tropical potted plants and dense foliage all make for a refreshing and cheerful ambiance that is well-suited for a relaxed holiday. The private swimming pool and garden Jacuzzi is as inviting as you would expect with its turquoise water and wooden pool deck. Under the shade of shade sails, you have rattan deck loungers for sunbathing, tanning and napping. The staff will happy arrange a garden BBQ for you upon request.
La experiencia de vida de planta abierta es inolvidable, ya que tiene vistas sin obstáculos del jardín y la piscina. La zona de comedor, la cocina y el salón se encuentran bajo el mismo techo cónico, lo que permite que la brisa fresca fluya por el espacio para crear un ambiente refrescante y relajante. Desde los cómodos y afelpados asientos con sofás cama hasta las paredes rústicas y la decoración minimalista, se trata de un espacio relajado perfecto para el final del día. Cada una de las villas de The Layar cuenta con un servicio de mantenimiento regular, por lo que todo, desde la limpieza, el mantenimiento de la piscina y el jardín, etc., está a cargo de un personal profesional. Hay un montón de servicios que están disponibles bajo petición y que incluyen el alquiler de coches, la contratación de un chef privado, la organización de fiestas especiales y una barbacoa en el jardín. La finca tiene también aparcamiento fuera de la calle en caso de que traiga sus propios coches de alquiler. La sala de spa es perfecta para recibir masajes y terapias relajantes que le permitan entrar en el modo de vacaciones tropicales.
Seminyak is bustling streets, hip cafes, boutique stores and the famous 'eat-street' with rows of amazing restaurants serving up some fine flavours. Petitenget is one of the trendiest of areas and it is mere minutes from the property. You have restaurants like Merah Putih, Biku, Warung Mina and Ultimo, beach clubs like Ku De Ta and beaches galore within a 10-minute radius.
10/10We had a truly wonderful stay at Villa The Layar. The villa was beautifully designed, very comfortable, and exceptionally well maintained. Everything from the spacious layout to the private pool made our stay feel luxurious and relaxing. What stood out most was the staff — they were so warm, attentive, and professional. Every little detail was taken care of, and they always went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their kindness and genuine care really made our experience special. I highly recommend Villa The Layar to anyone looking for a perfect holiday in Bali. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so memorable — we can’t wait to come back!
7.8/10A beautiful and well-maintained property with friendly and knowledgeable staff who provided excellent service every day. The villa has a lovely pool. The villa is beautifully decorated. The beach is within walking distance, and another option is a taxi. Beach clubs, shops, supermarkets, and restaurants are also nearby. The resort itself has an Italian restaurant; the breakfast and other food were excellent, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
8.4/10This place is absolutely beautiful! Me and my family stayed in the tree bedroom villa on our own and we wolves every minuet of it. We normally stay in a resort with the kids thinking it would be more fun with the kids but after staying in this villa we will never go back to travel in a different way. My baby could nap easy and the rest of the kids could continue playing in the pool. Nice and close to Seminyak square and other places. Only thing we missed was transportation could be included like a buggy taking you to places since you are paying a great amount. Other than that excellent!
10/10The Layar Villa exceeded our expectations! Their service on WhatsApp was super prompt 24/7 and delivered everything we asked for. The Villa is very clean, spacious and modern. The daily breakfast was very good too! I’m now thinking of bringing my family there next! The location is so good too. So many good restaurants nearby and we could get anywhere easily by grab. My friends were all in awe of my choice too! Thank you Layar!
10/10We stayed 5 nights in villa 3B which was very quiet. The staff could not do enough for us and the restaurant has top class food. We almost never left the villa and would rather stay there and walk the streets of seminyak. Perfect location to walk to any shopping or restaurants without coming back to a loud place. We loved it and would book again anytime. We will be back in 2020 and indulge in the same villa for sure :) The only small thing i would suggest as i'm coming form the hotel industry would be a message to the owners. The Villas need a little maintenance with some paint to be replaced in the bathroom or even better make it all polished concrete it looks amazing and needs almost no maintenance within the tropical elements and up keeping of the wood. Lacking of power plugs beside the bed as well as in the kitchen. its not a critic just a suggestion :) thanks again for your hospitality and smiles form check in to check out. Bigs & Rene
10/10The layar is the most stylish and luxurious villas in Bali. The service is great and staff so friendly and very polite. The place is maintained very well and very clean. This place located in the center, so we can reach everywhere in seconds but this place is so relaxing and quiet. Don't forget to book massage here because the massage is super great!
