Villa Lea Satu is part of a two villa complex in the heart of Umalas, set within lush and private tropical gardens. At the top of the villa's small lane, you will find yourself surrounded by rice fields, small cafés and boutique spas. Conveniently located nearby Seminyak's beaches, shopping and dining, this villa enjoys the best of both worlds as guests can easily access the island's top attractions while having a quiet place to retreat to at the end of the day.
The master suite flanks one side of the living pavilion and it is interconnected to one of the guest bedrooms, making it the perfect family compound. The restful air-conditioned suite has a beautiful palimanan floor and full length glass doors that slide open to the garden. The room is fitted with a king-size bed and it has a private dressing-room plus a luxurious en-suite bathroom that boasts a large bathtub to soak in, while surrounded by tropical greenery and natural river stones.
Villa Lea Satu houses three more bedrooms, one interconnected to the master, one flanking the other side of the living room and the last one is tucked in a stand-alone bungalow for those seeking extra privacy. The interconnected room features a queen-size bed, a compact bathroom and a TV with DVD-players to entertain the kids. The other two bedrooms come with king-size beds, large wardrobe closets and wonderful semi-open en-suites with luxurious monsoon showers.

A traditional teak gate leads into this tranquil oasis hidden away in the rice paddies of Umalas. Stepping stones in the green grass lead to the heart of the garden where the private swimming pool glisters, reflecting the clear blue sky above. The garden is planted with tropical palms and flowering frangipani trees and on the palimanan stone veranda, there are comfy double sun-loungers for day-time relaxing with a book or working on a gorgeous tropical island tan. The circular glass-topped rattan table with four chairs, makes a wonderful spot to enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea or maybe even a romantic dinner by candlelight out in the open. Tucked in the corner of the garden, stands a massage balé with two massage beds. The staff can arrange professional therapists to come over to the villa and pamper you with a Balinese massage to feel reborn again.
Villa Lea Satu has a wonderful open-plan concept, with spacious living and dining areas beneath the high soaring circular roof, letting the tropical fragrances and island breeze in. Tastefully appointed with sofa lounges, high-top bar stools and a flat screen TV that is hidden away in a wooden cabinet, this communal room provides the perfect setting for all times of the day. There is a large teak dining table with 8 chairs for wining and dining in the company of those closets to you and the state-of-the-art kitchen is equipped with everything your holiday home needs.
Friendly ladies welcome you warmly upon arrival, making your stay on Bali island even more pleasurable. There is daily housekeeping, personal guest assistance and night security. At Villa Lea Satu, the water is filtered with a UV water filtration system to ensure that it is potable, keeping you safe and healthy.
Tucked in a quiet lane in Umalas, you will feel far away from the madding crowd while actually, the centre of Seminyak is just a short drive away and you are even closer to the upcoming scenes of Petitenget, where you can dine at renowned restaurants such as Métis and Sardine. For a nice healthy breakfast of lunch, walk to the charming rice-field café called Nook and allow yourself to be enchanted by the emerald rice paddy view while sipping from a homemade juice.
8.4/10Le séjour fut exceptionnel. La villa fournit les mêmes prestations qu’un hôtel, les chambres sont faites tout les matins, le petit déjeuner est préparé par le personnel de la Villa. Ketut et Putu sont très serviables et souriantes. La villa est proche des commodités (petit magasin, restaurant). Nous recommandons cette villa permettant de profiter des pièces communes mais permettant aussi de garder son intimité au travers des chambres spacieuses.
8.6/10Everything about Villa Lea Satu was great. Katuk and Putu are excellent staff, cleaning and washing nothing was a problem. The villa is an easy 10 minute walk using the Nook shortcut to a great restaurant strip. My personal favorite being Baracoa. Also just across the road from the villa is Maém ($3 - Nasi Goreng etc) cheap and good.
9/10Thank you for a wonderful stay at Villa Lea 2. We spent 8 days with 3 adults and 4 children and were sad to leave! Thank you especially to Ketut for organising taxis, drivers, massages and babysitting! We will be back :)
8.6/10First of all, this Villa is really great if you're travelling in a group or with a big family. I stayed here with my family and it was really good. It's very clean and you get exactly as what you see in the photos at (https://www.villa-bali.com/en-sg/villa/umalas/villa-lea-satu?chased=true). It's just one street away from Seminyak shopping lane. The security guards and the room keepers become our friends. There is a very very good restaurant just across the street (walking distance) - Warong Maém ( https://www.tripadvisor.com.sg/Restaurant_Review-g469404-d7363303-Reviews-Warong_Ma_em-Seminyak_Kuta_District_Bali.html , https://www.facebook.com/Warong-Maem-Restaurant-Umalas-Bali-1507807389455219/ ) I would definitely recommend this place to anyone travelling to Bali and looking at staying around Seminyak - Umalas area.

10/10Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cette villa paradisiaque avec nos 3 enfants. Le lieu est très intimiste. Très propre, dans un style Balinais parfait, avec un confort 4 étoiles. La piscine est très belle, centrale dans la villa, nous nous y sommes baignés du réveil au coucher. Le service de dames adorables, présente tous les matins (selon vos choix d'horaires respectés, il suffit de leur demander chaque jour les horaires que vous voulez). Nous avons choisi qu'elles arrivent le matin à notre réveil, ce qui nous a permis le luxe de nager chaque matin au réveil pendant qu'elles nous préparaient le petit déjeuner.... Quel bonheur... La villa est bien placée, vous pouvez vous rendre dans des restaurants ou SPA à pied depuis la villa. Nous avions réservé les services d'un chef pour plusieurs dîners, c'était parfait. Nous pensons y retourner, ce séjour ayant été fabuleux....
9.6/10The description and pictures of this villa on the website is exactly what appears! We were very happy staying here. The only suggestion would be to have the Villa name sign posted at the end of the driveway, as it was quite difficult for taxi drivers and tour guides to find.
10/10It is really hard to find any negatives about Villa Alice. we were greeted warmly upon arrival. The Villa is situated only a 5 minute walk from eat street but far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. The breakfasts were wonderful every morning and nothing too much trouble for the. The bedrooms are a really good size each with their own lounge area and tv. The pool and villa was kept extremely clean throughout our stay. This Villa is perfect for a family or 2 couples travelling together. Will be back again.
10/10- Rooms well maintained, each with a private bathroom is convenient. Although would love if the indoor garden was more lively. It seems a bit dark looking into the grey boundary wall. - Also for the bathrooms would like a heads up if there will not be any amenities provided (soap, shampoo etc), had to go out the nearest Circle K to get what we need during our stay. - Pool was nice and spacious. - Will recommend the villa to others and maybe book again for the next family trip.
