Villa L

Able to accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably, every bedroom at Villa L features a king-size bed and views out to the ocean and garden. Spread out over two of the three villa levels, each bedroom suite has air conditioning, iPod docks and is 25 square meters in size, promising opulent and private sleeping quarters to every guest. Named after each of their unique interior decor attributes, guests can choose between the "Jars room" on the ground floor — only steps away from the swimming pool and ideal for anyone needing to avoid stairs — or the "Pottery room" on the second story of the main pavilion. Both of their en-suite bathrooms feature a bath and shower and are styled in light grey stones and terrazzo floors. The "Statues room", "Rattan Birdcage room" and "Wood Cages room" are also located on the second story of the main living space, the latter of which has its own private 20 square meter terrace and pergola with chairs looking out to the scenic surroundings. This room's en-suite has a shower only, while the two others offer both a bath and shower.

With three stunning swimming pools to choose from, there is never any risk of growing tired of your view. The main pool is built with black lava stones and stretches into the garden some 20 meters on the ground level. Its deepest point reads 3 meters for safe diving off the edge, while there is also a shallow area and floating island in its center with sun bathing mattresses. The other two infinity pools are at the same level as the main living and dining rooms for quick and easy dips. All are surrounded by white wooden decks with sun-loungers, umbrellas, gazebos and antique Balinese benches awaiting your arrival.

Not one, but many living spaces make up the layout of Villa L. On the ground floor next to the pool is the main living room, open on two sides to allow the breeze coming in off the ocean. An air conditioned home cinema is located just steps from the open-air living room for when you want to retreat to a more enclosed kind of hangout space. Here lies a 4x2 meter terrazzo bed and mattress in front of a massive TV and DVD player — curl up all together and make a movie night out of it or ask one of our travel consultants about using this space as an extra bedroom. On the top level of the villa you will find a rooftop terrace complete with white rattan sofas and armchairs so you can enjoy a sunset beverage as the day turns to dusk.

Just five minutes by car from Villa L is the small, but popular town of Senggigi, sought after for its westward facing beaches and laid back bars. Further afield you will find Pura Batu Bolong Hindu Temple (2 kilometres away), a golf course (20 kilometres), the Gili Islands (30 minutes by speed boat) and Senaru, the gateway to Rinjani National Park (60 kilometers).
