Pererenan Beach, Seseh Beach and Berawa Beach offer a more laid back ambience with fewer beach-goers and dining establishments. These coasts are ideal for a relaxed beach stroll or a surf - but do note that the strong waves and undercurrents here makes it unsuitable for beginner surfers.
Starting the day with a healthy breakfast is the way of life here. That’s expected, given the town’s myriad green juice bars and organic cafes, as well as its clean-living culture. There’s Crate Cafe, a Bondi-inspired venue with breakfast items like acai bowls, green smoothies and peas, pesto and avocado on toast. Other places serving up similarly wholesome fare include Motion Cafe and Machinery Cafe.
