Located in a quiet lane in the centre of Seminyak, Villa C31 is a great 2-storey holiday home for those seeking a peaceful oasis. With three air-conditioned bedrooms, two living areas, a private tropical garden with pool and a superb central location, you are sure to have all the comforts you need for a very affordable price.
The air-conditioned master suite is adjoined with the living area downstairs and it has glass sliding doors opening up to the garden. There is a queen-size bed for a perfect night sleep along with a wooden wardrobe closet and the en-suite bathroom boasts a large soaking bathtub.
The two air-conditioned guest bedrooms are adjoined with the lounge upstairs. The bright rooms have glassed walls and inside they wear soft pastel colours, giving a serene ambiance. Both rooms feature a comfy queen-size bed, modern artwork on the walls and a wooden wardrobe closet. The compact en-suite bathrooms have black natural stone walls and they are equipped with a shower, washbasin and a toilet.

The walled garden has lush green tropical plants growing all around the sparkling blue swimming pool. On the shaded veranda you can relax with a book on the rattan sofa whilst lovers of the sun can soak on the timber deck with two sun-loungers, catching a nice tan. There is also a charming pool-side relaxation balé perfect for chilling out on one of the red beanbags with a nice tropical drink before plunging back into the refreshing water of your own private swimming pool.
The fan-cooled living pavilion has glass doors folding open to three sides of the outdoor area, allowing natural light to shine in. There are wooden sofa's with red pillows where you can sit back and listen to music playing from the LG music system, curl up with a good read or watch a movie on the flat-screen TV with international channels and a DVD-player. For enjoying meals together there is a teak dining table with stools and there is a fully equipped kitchen in the back. On the first floor, there is a second living area featuring white leather sofa to relax on facing another TV with DVD-player.
The friendly staff will welcome you warmly. There is personal guest assistance, daily housekeeping and 24 hour security.
One of the best things about this villa is the location on Jalan Petitenget number C31. Petitenget is a happening and chic district next to the trendy and fashionable centre of Seminyak and the great thing is, you are in walking distance of both areas. Splurge yourself with a delicious dinner at high-end dining venues such as Métis, Sarong or one of the restaurants on the renown 'eat street' in the Oberoi district of Seminyak. Go shop around in the fashion boutiques that Seminyak is famous for and pamper yourself with a relaxing Spa treatment. The beach is great for enjoying sunset drinks at one of the iconic beach clubs such as Potato Head or Ku De Ta. All is possible when staying at Villa C31. Too tired to walk in the heat? It is also easy to hop into one of the Blue Bird Taxi's.
9.6/10My family n myself had the best stay ever and made possible by the amenities, location of Villa C31and most importantly Ketut Wena who i must say is absolutely a gem of a guy. He made it his business to ensure our stay was pleasant and was always available to arrange anything n everything for the family. We came with minimal plans but with his indulgence we were able to plan activities for the days ahead. Villa C31 is highly recommended for families to have a memorable stay in Seminyak.
10/10Our stay was amazing! The villa was so tidy and well looked after. There is so much space in the bedrooms, ensuite and even in the living areas. The breakfast was beautiful. We made a request to add eggs to the continental breakfast and they did it at no charge. We then asked for back and sausages which was a small fee of AU$7 approx for 4 people so it was still so cheap. They then asked if we wanted the Indonesian breakfast and we thought yeah why not. Wow! We stuck with the Indonesian breakfast the rest of the stay. So tasty. Above everything, the helpers there - Ketut and his wife Ayu- were beyond amazing with their service. Their English was well enough to communicate everything we needed. They would find out what time we would be gone so they could come and clean our rooms. They’d ask when we’d want breakfast and always turn up when we’d say. Some more info it was 7am some mornings it was 12pm (after a big night). They were so accommodating with anything we needed. They organised our scooters and our laundry. We got Ketut’s what’s app number (definitely download the app before going to Bali as everyone uses it to communicate with tourists) and we were able to call him for anything. On our last day they allowed us to check out really late as our flight was at 11.30pm. We checked out in the afternoon and went to one final lounge bar to hang out before we depart and Ketut called me saying we forgot our passports! Silly! He came on his scooter to us 20min away and dropped them off. So thankful for their service and amazing hospitality. I will never forget it. On top of that, Villa-Bali.com were easy to communicate with prior to the trip. I was able to organise rides and extras we needed in the room with no issues and done all through email. Thanks again Ketut and Ayu. Your service to us was unforgettable and it made our trip so much better. Take care.
9.2/10The staff were very welcoming, very friendly, and kept the place spotless throughout the week. The villa is not particularly big, but is very comfortable, and does have most things you would expect for a week in Bali. The kitchen could be better equipped, e.g. bigger glasses, mugs, kitchen knives, but more than adequate for a holiday. Proximity to some of the better restaurants in Bali is really good - strolling distance to Sarong and Sardine, walking distance to Mama San and Potato Head, easy taxi rides to the other Seminyak notables. Overall, very happy with the villa, the staff, and its location, and I would stay there again.
