Ubud family villas

Located in central Bali, Ubud has garnered a reputation for being the arts and cultural hub of the island. Here, you’ll find myriad arts and crafts shops, art studios and well-curated museums displaying contemporary and traditional Balinese artworks. The heart of the town is walkable, with pathways and lanes lined with restaurants, cafes, shops and yoga studios. The vibes are peaceful, making Ubud an ideal destination for family vacationers.

Your Ubud villa tucked away in the hillside, surrounded by lush tropical greenery or located near a winding river. Amenities common across all our properties include a sparkling private pool, well-manicured garden and indoor-outdoor living spaces. Our two-bedroom villas are perfect for small families and friends.

Take in uninterrupted vistas from the living or dining area, start your day with yoga at a breezy open-air pavilion or enjoy the privacy of having your very own treetop room. We’d love to recommend properties with child minding services, on-site laundry, pool fences, stair gates and other kid-friendly facility depending on your vacation needs.

In-villa dining is an incredible experience not to be missed - as is discovering Ubud’s varied dining scene. Vegan, vegetarian and organic venues take centerstage in town, but you’ll also find local warungs, upscale restaurants and establishments dishing out fusion fare and gastropub. Recommended venues in the town centre include KAFE Ubud, Spice by Chris Salans, Hujan Locale and Locavore. Seniman Coffee Studio has excellent coffee, and Spice offers a good selection of cocktails.

Indulging your inner Picasso is a great way to spend quality time with family. Bali is known for its local communities specialising in various crafts, so you’ll easily find classes for silver making, mask carving, ceramic art and batik painting here. Check out workshops and classes held at WS Art Studio, Studio Perak or Sari Api Ceramic Studio.

Looking to decorate your home with handmade accessories? Browse through the myriad shops in the Ubud Art Market, a bustling venue located in the heart of the town. Otherwise, there are plenty other homeware boutiques and shops in town - just walk along the lanes cutting into Jalan Raya Ubud, the main road in the town centre.

Ubud is a haven for yoga lovers, and home to well-known studios like The Yoga Barn, Radiantly Alive, Taksu Yoga & Movement Arts and more. A variety of yoga styles are often taught at these studios, and some offer classes on meditation and therapies like chakra cleansing, sound healing and reiki healing.
