9.6/10Loved our Stay at Villa Hitu. There is plenty of room for everyone. The staff are amazing. We had them source the food every day for them to make our breakfast. Everything is kept nice and clean. The pool is awesome. There isn't much not to like.We had a very nice and relaxing holiday for 7 days at the villa. There is no TVs in any of the rooms and the upstairs bathroom is tiny and has no toilet so you have to go down stairs during the night to go to the toilet. Other than that everyone enjoyed their stay. Thank You.
9.6/10We stayed here for 11 days during September 2014. It was myself, my fiance, my sister and my fiance's brother. We are all between 20 and 30 years old. The villa itself is very well maintained. The gardens are lovely and the rooms and spacious and very clean. The beds are comfortable and there are safes in the room. We didnt actually use these as while we were shown how to use them, we somehow managed to stuff it up and just lock them all. Whoops. Our air conditioner broke one night, and they had someone come and look at it just a few hours later. It was replaced the next day as it could not be fixed. We were very impressed with the quickness, and really appreciated it as Bali nights can be warm! The toilets blocked a couple of times, but these were also fixed very quickly by the villa staff, Milan and Made. These two are great by the way! The pool is lovely, big and clean! It was cleaned on a daily basis while we were there, with contractors coming in as well to add the necessary chemicals. The tiles can get super slippery when wet (as all tiles do), so try and be as dry as possible before walking across the tiles in the outdoor area. The outdoor area is a great communal area, and the fans are brilliant. We even enjoyed watching some DVDS on the TV upstairs. Be warned though there is no bannister, so this may be an issue for people with small children. We didnt make use of the massage room, but there is one there! Milan cooked for us one morning which was great. We gave her money for food and she went out and bought the food and came back and cooked it for us. We did get the majority of our breakfasts out, but Milan is a good cook for those who wish to spend more time at the villa rather than out and about! There is of course water provided and wifi! The villa mobile phone was also great, as we could easily call local numbers. There are eating places within walking distance - literally at the end of the road, 5-10minutes depending on how quick or slow you walk. We hired scooters which were arranged for us by Gatot. We also had Budy the villa driver take us to Uluwatu for the day which was great too. Kuta and Seminyak are literally a 3-5 minute scooter ride away. I do recommend scooters as the traffic in Bali is getting quite bad. But there are also plenty of taxis around too (metres away from the villa). You could also walk. I think it would take maybe 20-30 minutes again depending on speed. There was no security guard at the villa, but there is one at the end of the street for another villa, and we never felt unsafe. We were very impressed with the villa and enjoyed our stay. We would not hesitate to book again.
