There’s only one option at Warung Liku — and that is the classic Balinese dish, Ayam Betutu. This mouthwatering chicken is roasted in herbs, coconut oil and onions and then served with white rice, crispy-fried peanuts, plecing kangkung (a spicy water spinach dish), egg and sambal. This is a very popular lunchtime spot so be sure to get there no later than 1pm, because once they’re out of their signature dish they shut down shop! Prices: IDR 15,000-25,000 Hours: 9:00am – 3:00pm
