Villa Serenity is 15 minutes drive away from famous landmarks like Petitenget beach, Potato Head beach club, and restaurants in town. The villa can be rented as a three-bedroom or a two-bedroom villa as it offers plenty of modern amenities with swanky interiors, contemporary aesthetic, and a comfortable holiday haven for your friends and/or family. The villa features a private swimming pool, open-plan living and dining area and bedrooms that lead to the pool or offer beautiful views of the neighbourhood. Found in a relatively quiet street, the villa is still close to all the action.
Villa Serenity is home to three bedrooms; one on the ground floor with direct pool access and two on the upper level with a balcony and pleasing views. Each bedroom has frameless glass doors or windows to add a contemporary touch to the room and maximise the space. The bedrooms are furnished with extra-large double beds for a comfortable night’s sleep. Each bedroom comes with its own en-suite bathroom for convenience. The rooms are air-conditioned and even have sofas for additional seating.

The modern, two-storey home looms over a charming outdoor area that is mainly composed of a large swimming pool and a pool deck. The wooden deck is furnished with several rattan sun chairs that are excellent spots for sunbathing, working on a tan, or even relaxing with a good book under the sun. The walls of the villa are flanked by a hotbed with abundant tropical flora that grows undeterred in this conducive environment. There is rattan seating beside the pool as well for some more outdoor relaxation.
Just off the swimming pool is located the living and dining room at Villa Serenity which is wholly visible even from outdoor due to the floor-to-ceiling glass doors that can be folded back. The contemporary living room is minimal when it comes to its interiors as it has been mainly furnished with comfortable sofas, indigo armchairs, under a false ceiling with warm lighting. Just opposite the sitting area is a wall-mounted, flat-screen TV with DVD player to serve as your entertainment while you’re lazing on the sofa.
The dining area is part of this massive living space and comprises a table with seating for up to eight guests in a comfortable ambiance. Enjoy a meal prepared in the villa’s fully-equipped kitchen which has all modern amenities. You can either prepare your meals yourself or hire the services of a personal chef to do it for you.
The villa is fully-staffed with housekeeping and maintenance staff to take care of the property and the guests. Services such as massages, excursions to the golf course and water park, private chef, etc. are charge extra. You can borrow cycles from the villa to take a ride in town as well.
Located 10 minutes walk to Petitenget Street, the villa is right close to Métis Restaurant, Barbacoa and Nook Umalas. Ideally 15 minutes drive to Petitenget beach with Pura Petitenget, an ancient temple, that you can visit. Restaurants, bars, and café are abundantly available in the area. For the night, the best thing is to head to a beach club like Ku De Ta or Potato Head for some good music and excellent company.
