The team behind Zibiru restaurant Seminyak created a boutique gourmet marketplace which aims to satisfy any appetite with a variety of Italian specialty foods in Rosmarina, Bottega Italiana. Bottega Italiana showcases the best of what Italy has to offer, with foods ranging from paninis (vegetarian/vegan options are also available) made with homemade bread and focaccia, cured meats (prosciutto di parma/cotto/crudo, mortadella, salame), homemade meats (‘nduja, porchetta) to cheese (homemade stracciatella and mozzarella), fresh pastas (tagliatelle, tagliolini, strozzapretti, caramelle, and ravioli to name a few) and a variety of traditional sauces (duck ragu, lamb ragu, pesto genovese, colatura di alice) all made with organic ingredients.
