Villa Kubuku is a surf and beach lover's paradise located just a short walk from the island's most sought after white sandy beaches and world-class surf spots. This brand new 5 bedroom villa, located right next to Bingin Beach on Bali's southern peninsula, features open air living spaces and traditional thatched roofs to recreate a Balinese ambience. The villa can sleep up to twelve guests with a lush tropical garden and refreshing pool at the center of the villa making it the perfect choice for families and friends.

Bedrooms

Three air-conditioned bedrooms occupy the ground floor of the two 2-storey wing on the left side from the living area. All three bedrooms have king or queen size beds and enjoy semi-outdoor ensuite bathrooms with rain showers and even double sinks and a stone bath for the larger room close to the pool. A stairway leads to the loft style master suite upstairs featuring an amazing slanted thatched roof. The largest room of the villa boasts a mosquito-netted king sized bed, a writing desk, flat screen TV, DVD player and a sofa with a pull-out bed thereby offering 2 additional sleeping options. Guests can sip a cocktail on the adjoining private terrace with sunbeds and umbrella while admiring the stunning colors of the sunset.

A the other end of the pool, is the fifth bedroom with a king-size bamboo poster bed with mosquito net, flat screen TV, DVD player and an ensuite bathroom with rain shower. There is private little kitchen equipped with a small fridge and cooking stove located next to the room’s private veranda with comfortable rattan chairs and coffee table overlooking the pool.

Living Area

The main entrance of the villa opens up to the spacious living area and the modern open concept kitchen from where guests can enjoy views of the swimming pool and tropical garden.
Stylish lamps hanging from the soaring ceilings above a piano (awaiting a master's touch) create a cozy and warm atmosphere in the evening. The comfortable L-shaped sofa seats 10 people and extra seating is available with 3 pouf chairs around the wooden coffee-table. The living area also hosts a guest toilet with washbasin.

And, if you’re looking to escape the heat, behind the living area is an air-conditioned media room with a flat screen TV, DVD player to watch your favorite movies from the built in sofa covered with bright colored cushions.

The fully equipped kitchen, with microwave and oven, also features a single slab wooden table with 12 stools where guests can enjoy their morning coffee or breakfast while facing the garden.

In the garden, beneath a shaded leafy veranda, is a wooden dining-table with 2 benches where 12 people can enjoy a delicious meal together while admiring the sparkling pool. The space also features a kitchen, fully equipped with BBQ facilities, sink and fridge.

Outdoor & Pool Area

The fantastic 33 meter swimming pool that runs the length of the property is perfect for swimming laps and the iron wood deck provides day beds and umbrellas for you to soak up the island's warm, tropical sunshine. A bamboo bale set across the end of the pool offers the ideal setting for a shaded siesta or an in-house massage. There is also a sauna to relax in and a cold bath with adjoining freezer to fill with ice and feel revived and ready for whatever the day may bring.

Villa Kubuku is located in the south of Bali, famous for it's breathtaking white sandy beaches where you can swim, snorkel and surf. For an amazing seafood dinner drive down to the renowned Jimbaran Bay and for an enchanting experience during sunset time, drive to the Uluwatu Temple where you can watch a traditional Kecak dance. The hustling and bustling centre of Kuta of Seminyak is just a 30 to 40 minute drive away.
