Located just off of popular Jalan Oberoi, or 'Eat Street', Sahana Villa Tiga is the perfect place to reside in peace while still being amidst all of the action. Just a 15 minute's walk to the famous Ku De Ta and Seminyak Beach, here you are even closer to some of Bali's best restaurants, boutiques and spas.

Sahana Villa Tiga is a three bedroom villa designed in an open-plan layout, boasting spacious living and dining areas to fully take advantage of Bali's warm and tropical climate. Three master bedrooms in all, two are set in the main building while one stands apart in a traditional Balinese Joglo, constructed entirely out of recycled teak wood. Each room offers a luxe king size bed, TV, air conditioning, and an en-suite, semi-open air bathroom with a private garden.

Plush seating in every corner of this villa invites you to curl up on the outdoor sofas with one of the many books on reserve, or chill out under the gazebo shade in the poolside garden. The dining area, complemented by cushioned bench seating, fits up to 12 people, whilst the kitchen island seats 6 for an all-inclusive breakfast prepared every morning.

The warm and charming service of Sahana Villa Tiga is what makes this retreat truly special. Revel in the deluxe treatment provided by a personal butler and home-style cooking throughout your stay while the staff makes you feel right at home, there to help you navigate your way around any question or concern, or just to simply let you in on the local secrets regarding the best restaurants, cafes and beaches around.

And for all you coffee aficionados out there... wake up to the delicious aromas of island coffee being brewed in the morning, fresh from the villa owner’s coffee plantation in Bedugul, Bali where they produce their own organic beans!

I can't say enough about how perfect our villa was! The location was unbelievable, right in the midst of seminyak but some how a quiet haven from the bustle!! The staff were unbelievable and attentive and so sweet. The villa itself was jaw dropping. Kept beautifully and with everything you need to pretend your in a palace for a week! 10/10!

Ten friends rented all three villas for a five day break. This was my first experience in this type of accommodation in Bali and it changed my view of a Bali holiday forever. Fantastic location, beautiful rooms and phenomenal staff. We spent most of our time poolside, despite being just off a busy street it was whisper quiet and peaceful. Nothing was too much trouble for Georg, Norman and the beautiful women on their staff who made sure we had all we needed, all of the time. Comfortable beds, gorgeous outdoor bathrooms, in-house massage, delicious breakfasts. No other way to do a Bali break.

Our 8 night stay has been perfect the villa was spacious spotless and well designed for a big family. A couple of problems in the villa during our stay were quickly resolved and the girls who cooked breakfast and made up the Villa each day were beautiful. We were so close to everything just walked up the lane and you had restaurants shops and bars at your feet, yet you felt worlds away on your return. The beds were awesome lots of storage and air con worked a treat. There are televisions in each bedroom but we missed having one in the lounge area to watch as a family even just to watch the Aussie footy together would have been a bonus.. thank you for a wonderful stay, to the girls who loved looking after Izzy while we sat down to have breakfast and a big thanks to you Georg who went above & beyond expectations, we are forever grateful.

Rented 3 of the 3 bedroom villas for a 5 night stay for 10 women aged a little over 40 (first comment - 5 nights just not long enough!). Pretty, stylish, minimalist, immaculate villas with everything you could need - gorgeous bedrooms & bathrooms with very comfortable beds & bed linen; big fluffy towels; first class turn down and cleaning services; fabulous staff - friendly, exceedingly accommodating, helpful yet not obtrusive; every type of wine/champagne/cocktail glass not to mention a blender to whip up the odd batch of your favourite tipple; coffee machine; fruit baskets; nice fresh light breakfasts included in the price - but staff shopped for extras such as eggs, avocados, tomatoes when we wanted something more substantial (we provided rupiah to them when they went to shops or markets - so so so very cheap); an added bonus for cat lovers a couple of resident bengals, very special! Great security. Staff really are just a big asset to this place - George went out of his way to make sure we were well looked after and his staff Nyoman (Norman!), Novi just to mention a couple were so fantastic - NOTHING was ever too much trouble - we even asked about sugar cane 'stirrers' for our mojito's one night - we had sugar cane branches delivered and very professionally cut and ready to add to our glasses within about 30 minutes of asking!

My family and I travelled to Seminyak for our son's wedding. This was going to be a trip of a lifetime and it certainly was - not only the wedding but the fantastic villa we had rented. I had researched a lot of villas months before going and I was so impressed with the professionalism of the owner of this property. From our arrival late at night to our departure 12 days later - it was nothing but sheer bliss. The staff were most welcoming, willing, and were certainly part of 'our' family from dealing with grandchildren to pre wedding nerves, quietly in the background but there for every need. Norman and Wayana were our hosts in all ways and nothing was ever a problem. The location could not be better - the villa was 5 star and I just didn't want to leave. Congratulations to all at Sahana villas and we miss you but we will be back!

Just wanted to write a quick review to say thank you for all of the OUTSTANDING hospitality we received from the Sahana Staff during our stay. From the minute we opened the doors and entered our villa we knew we were in for a pretty special treat. The rooms and decor is breathtaking and the lawns are so perfectly maintained. The outdoor shower/bathrooms were unbelievably tranquil and private. The staff are so happy to assist. We stayed during the very beautiful Nypei period. The staff cooked us a huge feast the day before in preparation for the "lockdown". We were all very sad to leave the Villa and couldn't help but reflect on our amazing holiday. When asked if we could think of any improvements that could be made we were honestly at a loss! We simply could not fault one single thing-except our time there wasn't long enough! Hope to see you again soon!
