Thank you for your interest in our villas. We look forward to speaking with you!
La Villa Oberoi is an eclectic melting pot of diverse influences – a predominantly traditional Balinese motif with touches of classic French design. An overall white color scheme generally characteristic of Western class and sophistication. As well as scenic multi-levels which are features of modern public structures. Truly, La Villa Oberoi is another curious case study on the interesting and fascinating blend of the quaint and the current, of old world and space age, of East and West.
The villa has a total of six bedrooms. One is on the topmost with four single beds preferably for the kids. On the middle floor are two bedrooms. One of these, quite interestingly, was designed with a cozy attic ambience. The last three bedrooms are on the ground floor – two open out to a shared outdoor bathroom and private garden while one has direct access to the swimming pool area.
Fringed by a lush tropical garden, the 10-meter, bean-shaped swimming pool takes up most of the outdoor area. Divided into two levels, the swimming pool was designed to provide water fun for grown-ups and kids alike. On one end of the swimming pool are bean bags where you can comfortably settle and get some sun. While on the other end is a wide cushioned day bed where you stretch out under the shade of trees and tall plants.
Right from the swimming pool, you can all step into the semi-open pavilion to converge and converse on the long cushioned couches of the living area. Towards the back of the pavilion is the semi-secluded dining area with a round table that can accommodate nine. All throughout the villa – both outdoor and indoor, you will find furnished corners and spots where you can lazily lounge and spend some me time.
Regular services at the villa include housekeeping, garden and pool maintenance as well as security. A babysitter, chef, driver and spa therapist may be called in upon your request. Their services, however, come with a separate charge. Car rental is also available.
La Villa Oberoi, as its name denotes, is located within the Oberoi District of Seminyak – Bali’s tourism hub. Known for its Eat Street, the Oberoi District is where you can sample and savor foodie finds from its strip of casual to fine-dining restaurants. Highly-recommended among these are La Lucciola and Mamasan. As you make your way to the beach, you will surely pass by fashion boutiques, novelty shops and souvenir stores. Once you reach Seminyak’s sandy shores, you can chill out at one of the cozy cafes. Later in the evening, you can explore the vibrant nightlife especially at must-be-seen-in bars and clubs such as Ku De Ta.
La Villa Oberoi is an amazing villa tucked away in a quiet spot but within walking distance to Eat Street and the all the wonderful Seminyak shopping. The highlight for us was the amazing pool which was a delight both in the day and at night. The manager Farjar was truly fantastic and helped with every request we had from ordering food to fixing transport dilemmas. He is kind, dedicated and most of all always happy. The entire staff were really great and made our time at La Villa Oberoi a time to remember.
The villa was big and accommodated all of us very well. The kids loved the swimming pool very much and also the kids room on the top floor where they could hang out and watch TV together. Fajar was very friendly and an exceptional villa manager/host during our stay in Bali. He brought us around, made transport arrangements for us and attended to our requests promptly. The kids loved and will miss Uncle Fajar very much. Overall a great stay in Bali and pretty sure we will visit again! :)
