About Villa Damai Lestari

As its name proposes, Villa Damai Lestari promises everlasting peace. Everlasting peace may be a little far fetched, but you can be assured of a peaceful retreat whilst you are staying at this wonderful tropical villa located on a quiet lane in the core of Seminyak. With 3 bedroom, this villa is perfect for families or groups of friends who are looking for a hidden sanctuary that opens up to the heart of the city.

The living area

The traditional living pavilion is open the lush green garden for a lovely tropical home away from home. The décor is superb with a great mixture of natural elements, traditional arts and modern luxury. In the centre of the pavilion there is an L-shaped sofa lounge surrounding a natural wooden coffee-table, creating a nice place to curl up with a book or watch a movie on the flat-screen TV with DVD-player and surround sound speakers. The dining area, featuring a large teak table with stylish lamps, is another great place to enjoy quality time together. The fully equipped kitchen has a bar with wooden stools for having a drink or two.

Outdoor and pool area

In the exotic private garden lies a natural tiled swimming pool with a shallow area so you can go into the water with the little ones. Around the pool grow high palm trees and a frangipani tree, giving shade to the luxurious alfresco lounge. On the other end of the pool you can soak up the sun on the rattan sun-loungers, catching a nice tropical tan.

The master bedrooms

There are 2 master suites cooled with both AC and ceiling fans. The rooms have a nice ambiance with natural light shining in through the glass sliding doors, a charcoal grey flooring and a beautiful ornamented mirror. Both the rooms have a deluxe queen-size bed with mosquito net and a sofa. Behind the beds there are spacious wardrobe closets equipped with a safety box. The bathrooms are designed to be airy spaces close to nature. It features little shrubs, and greenery around the bathtubs and the stone basins and wooden floors are all part of the concept to make the bathrooms an aesthetic delight.

The guest bedroom

The guest bedroom is a bit smaller but it has the same facilities as the master suites. The bathroom is also open-air equipped with a relaxing rain-shower.

Staff and services

During your stay at villa Damai Lestari you don't have to worry about anything for there is daily guest assistance, making sure everything is suited to your wishes and keeping the villa spotless.

Lovely location just off the main Eat Street - great for us as we had 2 young kids (7 & 4) so always easy to find somewhere nearby to eat. The Villa was an oasis itself. Beautiful open plan arrangement with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Pool was small but enough to allow you to relax after a hot day. Dee was a wonderful host who couldn't do more for you when asked. Local mobile phone was provided which was great idea. Thoroughly recommended.

We loved everything about this Villa, it was so convenient being across from a Supermarket and right in the thick of Seminyak and the space was just perfect for our needs. Lovely pool, perfect temperature even in extremely hot weather, big bedrooms and good kitchen and lounging areas. Our Villa Butler was really amazing, he looked after everything for us and was such an easygoing, friendly guy - he really couldn't do enough to help us! We will definitely be back :-)

5-star experience. The villa was exactly as the picture on the website. The pool is slightly small but we didn't spend much time at the pool The location is strategically perfect. It takes 15 minutes to go to Kudeta and basically walking distance to nice restos like Chandi, Mamasan. Our chef/housekeeper Agung is the best. Friendly, speaks English well and cooks our breakfast to each of us' request. I will definitely come back the next time i'm in Seminyak.

The villa is in an awesome location. Right at the heart of shopping, restaurants, pubs, etc. The pool and sun deck is great. They really thought of the sun in order to get you the best tan you want. The rooms are nice but should have fans too all rooms. Would be good if Iron and iron boards are provided. We really enjoyed ourselves and look forward to returning.

Villa Damai Lestari was just perfect for what we wanted for our vacation. It is a very good Villa for socialising and the music and the speaker system is awesome. Dee the Villa's staff person is great. Very helpful and so friendly. Also, our driver Kande is the most patient person in the world and took us on so many journeys quickly and without fuss. The pool is perfect and the canopies over the beds are very effective in keeping the mosquitos away. The villa is in a really great location for bars and restaurants. I would definitely book it again.

This was our 4th time to Bali and we always stay in and around this area. This is our first time at Damai Lestari and we absolutely loved it. It's perfect for a relaxing holiday. The pool area and lounges to lie back and relax are the perfect set up for a holiday with friends. Perfect location, just off the main Eat street where all of the restaurants and boutiques are. Dee our host was very accommodating, though we aren't very high maintenance, not opting for the breakfast that was offered, so he made himself scarce and assured us to contact him if we needed anything. I would stay here again and again and would recommend anyone else to stay.

I have stayed in Bali more than a dozen times, but never have I found such a perfect little getaway spot( in the middle of Seminyak) than in Villa Damai. Just walking in the front door was instantly relaxing, from the uniquely carved art and furniture to the plush couches and chairs in the lounge area or by the pool. I took the 5 minute ride to the beaches, walked to the many shops/restaurants etc. just outside the villas entrance, but spent the vast majority of my time relaxing and reading in the peaceful solitude. The staff were polite and very helpful, the only problem was that I had to leave. All in all, the perfect vacation to recharge my batteries.

This villa is absolutely fantastic! Excellent location....easy walking distance to a variety of good restaurants and my favorite massage in Bali, Jari Menari. -Clean and well maintained. -Good services....quick internet, kitchen if you sometimes like to like to prepare meals like I do. -Nice design and good lighting....comfortable and elegant with clean lines, the space is such that it allows privacy to its individual guests but can also be easily opened-up for entertaining. -Perfect pool for dipping and playing! I would absolutely go back and will certainly recommend it to friends and family that go to Bali.
